I'm hoping to change this review. Mike came and took measurements/discussed our project we want done - that was about 1 week ago. Seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Answered my questions and offered advice. I've yet to receive an email with the estimate that he said he would send. Left voicemail just now. Hoping to hear back soon.

ETA: He had incorrectly typed our email, and quickly rectified the mistake. Had our quote within a few hours of me leaving this review. Appreciate his quick response.

I gave Mike a big punch list for my business, he did everything I wanted professionally and quickly. Dealing with contractors can be a frustrating and expensive experience. Not with Mike, he is a pro, does what he says he is going to do on time and for a great price. Thanks!!

Mike has identified the problems accurately, but to get them to return calls for an appointment is something else. Knowing he may be busy with his job, I still wish they would respond timely so that I know when to expect to get the work completed and my life returns to normal.

i just recently had my lights (pendant lights in my dining and my kitchen) placed by these guys, and all I could say are good things about them. They came in on time and did the work flawlessly. Now my dining areas and kitchen look awesome!!!!

After seeing all the good reviews for M Hearn, I decided to give them a try. Mike came the next day to give me an estimate for the electrical work I needed. He was on time ( actually 5 min early ) for both estimate and when he came to do the work. The estimate was very reasonable. Did all he said he would do in a timely manner. After dealing with an unprofessional crew that left my home a mess, I contacted Mike. He was timely, respectful, and did wonderful work. He and his crew cleaned up after the job, leaving my back patio more tidy than when they arrived. I wish I had contacted Mike from the beginning, instead of wasting time with another crew. I would absolutely use Mike again and recommend his services to everyone.

I contacted M. Hearn because of the 5 Star Yelps. My 85 year old mother lives in her home (she refuses to move) and suffers severely from dementia and will answer the door for anyone (so far been scammed by 2 groups of men!) and I needed asap to get security motion lights installed, a front door security screen door, cameras in the home and over the front door, etc., etc. He seemed great on the phone when I gave him the list of projects. He went over to my Mother's house to look it over. He emailed me that he was going to go ahead and order the security screen door (takes 4 weeks) and was working on the #s for an estimate. I didn't hear from him. I phoned him. I emailed him after over 4 weeks had gone by and got a ""cut and dry"" estimate back that stated upon receipt of deposit the screen door and materials would be ordered. ???
I won't even reply back to his email...why? Obviously he doesn't give a rat's derriere!!!!
DON'T EXPECT TO GET FIVE STAR SERVICE. OR QUICK RESPONSE FOR YOUR PARENTS' SAFETY!!
