Mike has identified the problems accurately, but to get them to return calls for an appointment is something else. Knowing he may be busy with his job, I still wish they would respond timely so that I know when to expect to get the work completed and my life returns to normal.

After dealing with an unprofessional crew that left my home a mess, I contacted Mike. He was timely, respectful, and did wonderful work. He and his crew cleaned up after the job, leaving my back patio more tidy than when they arrived. I wish I had contacted Mike from the beginning, instead of wasting time with another crew. I contacted M. Hearn because of the 5 Star Yelps. My 85 year old mother lives in her home (she refuses to move) and suffers severely from dementia and will answer the door for anyone (so far been scammed by 2 groups of men!) and I needed asap to get security motion lights installed, a front door security screen door, cameras in the home and over the front door, etc., etc. He seemed great on the phone when I gave him the list of projects. He went over to my Mother's house to look it over. He emailed me that he was going to go ahead and order the security screen door (takes 4 weeks) and was working on the #s for an estimate. I didn't hear from him. I phoned him. I emailed him after over 4 weeks had gone by and got a ""cut and dry"" estimate back that stated upon receipt of deposit the screen door and materials would be ordered. ???
I won't even reply back to his email...why? Obviously he doesn't give a rat's derriere!!!!
DON'T EXPECT TO GET FIVE STAR SERVICE. OR QUICK RESPONSE FOR YOUR PARENTS' SAFETY!!

I contacted Mike after having a horrible week of dealing with highly unprofessional people who failed to show up for appointments or were never on time and up to 2 hours late. Mike was able to respond the next business day, was prompt, professional and very honest and reasonably priced. He repaired a wooden gate for our rental property that was in horrible shape and did a great job. I will be contacting him again for several upgrades that I would like done to my new home. He is very trustworthy!!!!!
