Alexis, Julio and the rest of the crew were absolutely amazing. Alexis was responsive, professional and communicated really well. Project started off perfectly and while their prices weren't the lowest, their service and great attitude about making this project as easy as possible for me was why I chose them.

Then we hit a roadblock with the city of Anaheim inspectors. Full transparency, it was annoying and I was extremely frustrated but understood why codes and SOPs exist for these types of projects. The city did not communicate what it needed up front to be signed off and essentially dropped a bomb on me and M Electric and walked away.

Our project plans came to a slight stop while we figured out what needed to be done in order to get it signed off by the city. Alexis and Julio came back multiple times to troubleshoot, and inevitably game planned it up and presented me with the option. We moved forward on their recommendation and BOOM! Back on track!

Today, The inspector from the city of Anaheim just signed off on their work and said it was safe for residential use and it was cleaned and up to code.

Other things to note:
-they did work when I wasn't home and kept my property safe
-they kept my backyard clean and organized. Bagged and disposed what they could.
-kept me in the loop every step of the way
-continued to keep my vote of confidence in their work and finding a resolution
-they all had great attitudes and made this project SO EASY

Alexis, Julio and crew, thanks for a great, crazy first step in my home remodel plans. I will definitely be calling you guys when I'm ready to have my Tesla charger installed!

We got quotes from many contractors for some electrical work we needed done on our new house. Julio was the only contractor that came out on a Saturday, and went through the house and documented, and took pictures of all the areas we wanted to address. He also talked us though everything we were thinking of doing and explained all the work very clearly.

He and his team knocked the work out very quickly, everything was done perfectly, and there was zero mess left behind.
