Michael responded quickly for my request for a quote and communicated effectively on what I needed to do to prep the area he would be working in prior to his arrival. He arrived when promised and was professional, friendly and protective of my house (outer booties, drop cloths, etc.), went right to work and finished quickly. His price quote was honored - no ""extras"" added and there was no attempt to upsell, as I've experienced before with other home servicers. Great guy, great service and very reasonable price. It's not everyday that you find someone who does the job right the first time and you would have come back for more work that is needed down the road. Our electrical outlets had stopped working recently, and we suspected the work a shoddy vendor recently provided was the cause, so we shopped around for an independent electrician. Eventually we called Mike, and he started troubleshooting the problem over the phone for free. It turns out there were multiple problems, and his free solution fixed one of them. The others required digging around in the outlets. His willingness to troubleshoot our problems free of charge and his low service fee sold us. He came out and promptly fixed everything. It turns out the other vendor installed the wrong type of outlet and wired it incorrectly. Mike was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable.

If we ever need an electrician again, he's getting a call!
