I am giving them three stars because they seemed very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I am writing this review three weeks after having them out to do a quote that I havent received. (I even checked in on it because I liked the guys creative perspective).
They should communicate what they have time to do, and/or are willing to do, more clearly.

I hired M7.24 Builders to address various exterior dry rot issues on my property, including siding and window frames. It was a great experience, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

I chose to get an estimate from Henry because he responded to me almost immediately on Yelp, had great reviews here, and was both efficient and friendly in answering my questions and setting up a time to come out and take a look.

On the pre-estimate inspection, he was likewise great, taking time to explain his opinion and answer any questions we had. I really appreciated how often he paused to take notes, voice memos, photos, and video of the areas we'd discussed. A lot of this material made its way into the detailed estimate we later received over e-mail.

The work itself took a few days, and the team members he had onsite were likewise friendly and efficient, and took the time to talk to us about questions or adjustments once the work was in progress. The final repairs look great, and I feel confident that the house is in good shape now as we head into this winter's rainy season.

To sum up, I highly recommend M7.24! Henry and his team were a pleasure to work with, and as I wrote above, his communicativeness and organization really helped me feel confident that we'd found the right team for the job. I know M7.24 does a lot of other types of work beyond our simple dry rot job, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Thank you Henry for your patience, expertise and great communication! We didn't work with M7.24 for the work we needed to have done due to scheduling conflicts (this is why the 4 stars), but for me, good customer service is just as important as the actually job performance. And good customer service along with constant communication was delivered!

When we're in need of a licensed contractor again, M7.24 will be the company to call!! Thanks!

Enrique was able to show up when other contractors deemed our request 'too small' of a job that wasn't worth doing. We needed a contractor to do some joist work in a very narrow crawl space; he came by for an estimate, went under the house, looked at the issue and gave me his honest opinion. A day later I had a digital quote. He came out with his team and finished the job in a couple days. They cleaned up well and left the place neat. Very nice guy and does great work. I highly recommend M724 builders

Trust these 5 star reviews!! Henry and his team do great work, very reasonable estimate, and rolled with the punches that my old condo threw to get some much needed electrical work done.

I needed my zinsco panel replaced and also wanted to add ceiling fans and lights into the bedrooms. Henry was very flexible to come over and take a look at what was needed. Ricardo (electrician) then came and spent half a day troubleshooting and working with building management to figure out how to beat complete the project (cement ceilings and power that also served 3 other units made the project impossible to complete the day it was scheduled, but again Henry and Ricardo were amazingly flexible to work with so the fans were finished right before the heat wave!!)

I'm also planning to change out the shower door, add screens to the windows, and maybe a few other little projects down the line and M 7.24 will be my go-to contractor for everything!!

Bought a new house and there were various issues within the crawlspace regarding joists and floor damage. Henry was the only person to respond to any inquiries as everyone else brushed me off as ""not worth the time."" Henry came by to do an estimate and he went through my crawlspace to take a look at the damages and potential need for repair. Let me tell you, that crawlspace is about 3 feet tall and dirty but that didn't stop him.

Henry told me what he saw, took a look at the inspection report I received when I bought the house, and told me what needs to be done and what I can put on the backburner.

Henry provided a fair price and completed the repairs in a timely manner. He was also flexible with timing as well as any change orders that needed to be made.

You can't go wrong giving Henry a chance.

He replaced the water heater tankless for me in 1 day, they arrived on time to start. They explained to me how to operate the machine, and clean before they leave.
The price is reasonable.
I would like to recommend them to my friends.

Expedient support. Called with minimal notice to get some work done during shelter in place after closing on escrow. What started off with one request on the sidewalk ended up with a multitude of request and bids on painting, electrical and tiling.
Painting was cost effective and the team had high attention to detail + flexed on changing needs once the job was underway. I'll be using this business for future services

I always have a list of things that needed to be repaired around our rentals and own home, from water damaged walls to leaky faucets to repainting.
