I reached out to M 7.24 Builders as my husband and I needed to have some new concrete work done in our back yard. Enrique came by on Friday, June 25th, he took some measurements and said he would get me an estimate in a few days. As of today 7/1/21, I still haven't gotten response from him after numerous times of texting him requesting it. I wanted to write this review and report to others because many contractors I have reached out to over the past to do home improvement projects wastes your time. I will only give 1 star as Enrique seemed to be a nice guy.

For the 1st time customers. Here's what to expect.
Henry responds to you via yelp quote and texting and phone. HE RESPONDS. Sometimes even after hours because you are contacting him. You get a quote and you can pay installments.
My project was a concrete job for my broken sidewalk. Henrys quote was the lowest out of the 4 quotes I received. He updated me on permit times and inspection dates and schedule of construction.
Thank you Henry and your team. The absolute definition of hardworking men.

We hired Enrique and his team to remodel our bathroom. Enrique is a very honest, fair, and responsible man. He was very communicative to us throughout the whole process, which is a great quality for a contractor.

Our bathroom required a total gutjob. His knowledge of plumbing, electrical, etc. make me confident that the bathroom will last a long time.

A few issues popped up throughout construction but Enrique never tried to pull the wool over our eyes and make us think it was ok. He immediately had his team fix whatever concerned us. We didn't expect everything to go perfectly since almost no construction job does, but the way he responded was fantastic.

We hired M7.24 builders to do some work around our home. We had a great experience with Henry and his crew. Henry came by for a walk through to discuss or project and was able to give us a estimate. We agreed to move forward with the project and discovered some dry rot that they repaired.
They did a great job on matching the stucco and keeping everything clean.
We are planning on using Henry for a larger project within a few months.
I highly recommend M7.24 for your home improvement projects.

Unfortunately we where not able to use Henry's services, but it had nothing to do with Henry. The experience was fantastic. He was punctual, friendly and really knew what he was talking about. When the job called for an engineer he recommend one that echoed his work ethic. They both came to our house and looked around separately and respected COVID guidelines. The quote he gave us was free of charge and came in on time. He even meet with the engineer for a Zoom call so we where all on the same page before he submitted his proposal. If we need any construction services in the future I will be sure to contact him, I would not hesitate to engage with M 7.24 Builders if you are on the market for this type of work. I could tell right away that he was honest and hardworking, thank you Henry I am sure your company with have great success. Cheers!

I am giving them three stars because they seemed very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I am writing this review three weeks after having them out to do a quote that I havent received. (I even checked in on it because I liked the guys creative perspective).
They should communicate what they have time to do, and/or are willing to do, more clearly.

I hired M7.24 Builders to address various exterior dry rot issues on my property, including siding and window frames. It was a great experience, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

I chose to get an estimate from Henry because he responded to me almost immediately on Yelp, had great reviews here, and was both efficient and friendly in answering my questions and setting up a time to come out and take a look.

On the pre-estimate inspection, he was likewise great, taking time to explain his opinion and answer any questions we had. I really appreciated how often he paused to take notes, voice memos, photos, and video of the areas we'd discussed. A lot of this material made its way into the detailed estimate we later received over e-mail.

The work itself took a few days, and the team members he had onsite were likewise friendly and efficient, and took the time to talk to us about questions or adjustments once the work was in progress. The final repairs look great, and I feel confident that the house is in good shape now as we head into this winter's rainy season.

To sum up, I highly recommend M7.24! Henry and his team were a pleasure to work with, and as I wrote above, his communicativeness and organization really helped me feel confident that we'd found the right team for the job. I know M7.24 does a lot of other types of work beyond our simple dry rot job, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Thank you Henry for your patience, expertise and great communication! We didn't work with M7.24 for the work we needed to have done due to scheduling conflicts (this is why the 4 stars), but for me, good customer service is just as important as the actually job performance. And good customer service along with constant communication was delivered!

When we're in need of a licensed contractor again, M7.24 will be the company to call!! Thanks!

Enrique was able to show up when other contractors deemed our request 'too small' of a job that wasn't worth doing. We needed a contractor to do some joist work in a very narrow crawl space; he came by for an estimate, went under the house, looked at the issue and gave me his honest opinion. A day later I had a digital quote. He came out with his team and finished the job in a couple days. They cleaned up well and left the place neat. Very nice guy and does great work. I highly recommend M724 builders
