I have been calling Yakov for over 20 years. He does everything, he does it right, and he does it reasonably. He's done everything from fixing my front porch light to just lately, the HOA made me move my cable cord. He was able to run it down from the second story and you can't tell any work was even done. So now I'm calling him to install some extra can lights and hopefully change the outlet that the wall switch controls. You need it, he'll do it. Very reasonable and very prompt.

I had an emergency power outage after hours, and Loretta of LYT was the first (of seven) to answer the phone. My power was back on in less than one hour from the time of that phone call. Following the emergency, Jakov was able to permanently repair our main breaker and fix all the little problems in our entire house (outlets not working, lights in fans that did not work) for a surprisingly reasonable price. I would never work with any other electrician now that I have found such a competent and reliable source. What an absolute pleasure from beginning to end.
