Lynco Fire & Alarm Corp. traces its roots back to Lynco Electric, created in 1985. Our fire alarm services encompass new installations, renovations, and upgrades to current fire alarm systems. We provide maintenance, service, monitoring from our central station, and annual inspections at very affordable prices. Since its inception in 1985, our Electrical Division has focused on residential and commercial service work. We handle new electrical projects and various renovations. We cater to restaurants, businesses, high-rise building systems, and commercial power generation. For homeowners, we deliver repairs, renovations, service upgrades, 40-year re-certification, and code compliance solutions.

In 1985, Lynco was established as Lynco Electrical. The owner, Jeffrey Lynn, obtained his Master's License in Electrical in 1984. Lynco Electric served condominium associations, property management companies, and high-rise structures. Lynco Fire & Alarm Corp. was established in 2006 to address the growing need for life safety system installations. Today, Lynco Fire focuses on installing new fire alarm systems and retrofitting existing ones to meet current regulations. We provide service repairs and monitoring. Lynco is certified by U.L. Our Electrical Division participates in commercial service work and new installations.

Jeff started his journey as an electrician at the age of fourteen. With help from an electrical contractor who was a family friend, he wired an apartment in the attic of the neighboring house. After graduating high school, Jeff joined the Navy to find a safe haven during the Vietnam War. He served as an airborne radar operator aboard the USS Intrepid. He received extensive training in electronics.

After his Navy service, Jeff began his career as an electrician in Flemington, New Jersey, earning $4.10 per hour. As is common for electricians, Jeff worked his way up in the trade. He carefully selected his employers, focusing on commercial and industrial companies. Jeff possesses expertise in all areas of electrical systems.

In 1985, Jeff earned his Master Electrical License. He launched Lynco Electrical and subsequently created Lynco Fire & Alarm. Jeff has been happily married for 29 years and has two children, Jason and Jessica, and a granddaughter named Jelisa.
