Can't say enough good things about Martin and his family. I have been working with Martin for a couple of years now, and he always takes great care of our rental properties and tenants.

Before meeting Martin, I had tried working with the bigger companies in town, but I was always disappointed by how they tried to sell me services I didn't need or charge me exorbitant prices for the work that needed to be done. Martin is a total expert at both HVAC and electrical work, and his prices are reasonable. I trust him completely. If he says something needs to be done, I do it without hesitation.

Additionally, he is timely and totally professional, so if I can't be at a rental house when the work is done, I'm not worried because I know he will be respectful of my tenant while the work is being done.

I was recommended to Lykos by my realtor when I first bought a home and it was the BEST recommendation ever! Fairly priced, thorough and efficient work and the best communication I've encountered from any contractor! I've had Martin replace two electrical boxes, outdoor GFCI units, indoor replacement of overhead lighting and a proper plug for my new HVAC sump pump. Fair, honest, reliable, incredibly helpful and my word he's tall! He barely needs a ladder in many instances and when you're barely 5'4"" that's impressive! I'll be moving and wish I could fly him out to my new home!

I have been using Lykos for 4 years now - they have replaced my outside AC unit, fixed AC drain issues, made multiple timely maintenance calls, and most recently tested and replaced outside GFCI unit. I have found them always to be extremely knowledgeable, fair, honest, reliable, and helpful.

Great service and high quality work. Completely replaced aluminum wiring in 1960's house and brought electrical system up to current code. Minimized damage to drywall, floors, etc. They are a family owned business and take pride in their work. The project lasted months as other aspects of home remodeling interrupted their schedule but they were extremely flexible and responsive. Will definitely use them for all electrical needs in the future.

We hired Lykos to replace the electric panels on our house after getting quotes with several other electricians in-town.
