We were desperate to get someone to reinstall one last pre hung door after our previous contractor put it in the wrong way and then ghosted us. These guys fit us in within a few days, reinstalled the door with a minimum of mess and effort, and took care of small details like patching over staple gun holes on the trim. They also installed a new baffle in our bedroom free of charge, and they were super communicative and responsive at every step of the process. It was not super cheap, but it was worth every penny.

Zilvanas and his team did an amazing job with a number of projects. Zilvanas was very responsive and his estimated were reasonable. We had Timur and Rustam to close off the wall and install the doors for us, close off the windows, replace the fans, and paint ceiling. In all honesty not too many handyman want to do minor projects. Everyone wants to come and do a million dollar project, but simple fixes or minor projects not so much. I was impressed with Timur and Rustam work ethic. Very hardworking, knew exactly what they were doing, extremely efficient. We used Zilvanis and his employees for a floor re-tiling job after the ground was dug up for a plumbing matter. Communication with Zilvanis regarding pricing and scheduling was quick and timely.

When we arrived on site, his employee was already there and had his equipment and tools out ready to work. Although there is a bit of a language barrier, they use a translator app and we had no problems getting the job done with them. They were kind and hardworking!

Within a few hours they were able to fix the flooring and it looked great! We will keep them in mind for future work. Thank you!
