Lutz Electric Service Inc takes pride in being a family-owned electrical company that has been operating since the year 1978. Our focus is on delivering exceptional electrical work and outstanding customer service.
Since 1978, Lutz Electric Services Inc has been dedicated to clients across South Florida, including Sarasota County, Venice, North Port, FL, the Englewood area, the Placida community, and Rotonda West. Our commitment to meeting and exceeding customer needs has earned us commendations and high ratings from our clients.
In 1969, David Lutz started his electrical apprenticeship shortly after finishing high school at Riverview High in Sarasota. He married Frances Lowe. After passing the state exam in 1978, he became a licensed Master Electrician, which allowed him to launch his own business as an Electrical Contractor. In 1995, with over two decades of experience, David was awarded the title of Florida State Certified Electrical Contractor.
Most of David's time is spent in the field, providing premium electrical services to customers. While he can't be everywhere, he has a skilled team behind him. Frances continues to answering phones, with assistance from their daughter Ashley. Lutz also works with a third-year apprentice who works full-time and participates in apprenticeship classes in the evenings.
Together, they earned Strathmore's Who's Who Award for the leading Electrical Contractor in Venice, FL.
