Polo, the owner, communicated all through the process and was knowledgeable of building codes and working with the utility provider. Great communication, excellent work, would highly recommend for your EV charging needs. We just bought a new Tesla and had Polo from LumiSOL Electric install a new panel as well as the Tesla wall charger. Polo was easy to reach at all times including late at night or on the weekend via text and was always ready to answer even our smallest questions. He was also the only one out of 4 vendors I contacted who showed up to do a visual inspection and give me an estimate with no obligation from me. He gave me a very competitive rate and finished the job in record speed. Will definitely use LumiSOL again for any EV charging or electrical needs.

I'm very happy with the service that I received from LumiSOL Electric. Polo's Communication was excellent and he followed through with everything he said that he would. He was even able to get my job done a week sooner than we originally agreed on. He was on time on the day of the job and did a very clean install. I originally found him on the Tesla website as a recommended installer. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and have no hesitation recommending him to friends or family. I did my homework his rates are more than competitive and his turnaround time was better than others quoted.

He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. He was also very patient with all the delays as we had to coordinate with PG&E and the City to get the job approved and completed. Polo was the best. Easy and quick communication and made the coordination of installing tesla wall charger such a smooth experience. Very professional and high quality work. He didn't leave until he made sure that the charger was actually working and wanted me to try in while he was there. Everything worked perfectly. I will also say that after getting estimates from several places in the area, not only was he the most reasonable, but he was the quickest to respond, very accommodating, and very pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend him for any future electrical work!!
