Had the best possible experience with the installation of our Tesla wall charger by Polo at LumiSOL! They have the best customer experience and quality of work, and trust me I've done my research! From first engaging with them to obtain a quote (super responsive!) to scheduling the installation and actually performing the work, Polo was amazing every step of the way, very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I called several vendors listed on Tesla's website, Lumisol was the most responsive and accommodating - scheduled a FaceTime to assess location, etc. then provided a quote in less than 24 hrs. Their price is fair and reasonable, especially given the quality of work and customer service they provide. Polo arrived on time to perform the installation per our agreed time and did a great job with the installation, documenting with pictures along the way to show how everything was set up. Highly recommend them if you're looking into installing an EV charger at home or any other electrical needs!

I had to replace a Tesla charger and contacted several businesses recommended in the vendor list provided by Tesla on a weekday after business hours. While all of my other calls got rolled into voice messages, Polo answered my line and immediately offered to do a quote call via video. He arrived on the next day before noon and replaced the charger. He was responsive and responsible. He stayed until everything was working perfectly. He was once trained at Tesla and was very knowledgeable. Professional, warm and easy to work with. He also offered competitive price. After he completed the job, he texted me a number of photos to prove the outcome since I was not at the site. Highly recommended.

Polo and his team are very professional and friendly. They installed a Nema plug and ran a new ground cable from one end of my house to the other. Very clean installation, and they painted the conduit. I shopped around and got quotes from other electricians. They came in way higher, and it didn't include painting. If you are considering installing any car charger to your home. Definitely call Polo to get a quote.

A few months ago Polo and his team installed our Tesla wall charger. I couldn't have been happier with the work they did and how responsive and flexible Polo was to work with. Unfortunately, our Tesla wall charger failed a few days ago (nothing to do with the work Polo and team did). We had LumiSol install our electric car charger for us, and they were great. Our house is complicated and they had to strategize getting the electric from one side, where our main panel is, to the opposite end where we wanted it in the garage. They also recommended the charging station to purchase and it's worked well for our car. Not only did they work hard getting it all done for us, as quickly as possible (we were a bit desperate since we needed to drive the car each day to an office that was a fair distance, and the normal plug charger wasn't fast enough for us), but they also got our permit with Palo Alto. It's not simple getting the permit, lots of technical paperwork to fill out, scheduling the inspection, being canceled by the city at the last minute, rescheduling, and then waiting for the inspector to arrive, which can take hours. We were going to do it ourselves once the work was done but instead had them do it, thank goodness. They pulled the permits for us and managed the whole time-consuming process. We passed inspection (thank you Polo!) and have been really happy we chose them to do the work. They know how to get things done!

Polo installed Tesla Wall Charger for me. I have solar with Tesla batteries so I wanted an installer that was familiar with Tesla products. Polo said he was a Tesla contractor so I was confident he could do the work. Cost was slightly higher than other estimates but it is worth it in knowing the work was done correctly. Polo did a fantastic job installing the Wall Charge. He even gave me more ideas of where to locate the charger which was different than the other electricians. I am so happy I waited to Polo to do the work.
