Polo and his team came out to install a Tesla Wall Connector for us. I got quotes from several people and they were easily the most fair priced for what I wanted to do. The fact that they were also advertised as a Tesla Certified Installer from tesla.com was a huge plus. I was given a 3 hour window when they *might* arrive, came within the first 30 minutes, and were done in 1 hour. If you're looking for any electrical work done for EV chargers, I would highly recommend LumiSOL Electric.

Lumisol recently installed an outside EV charger for my home and I couldn't have asked for better service. I have a 40 year old main electrical panel that needed to be reworked to handle the new service. Polo figured out how to do this, thus avoiding the great expense of a new service panel. He answered all my questions about how this would work, as I had some concerns. The work involved running the new cabling from the outside main panel back through a wall with conduit running about 50 ft under the house through a small crawl space to the spot the Wallbox charger was installed. His team did all this in one day and his son made sure I got the charger up and running and knew how to operate it. All in all a great experience, and the charger has been working perfectly.

The day after our installation, I'm a happy customer. We hired Lumisol to install electric vehicle supply equipment (""charger"") in our garage.

The owner, Leopoldo, goes by the nickname ""Polo."" He is a both warm-and-friendly and technically competent.

I'm a tech hobbyist/nerd, so I had a clear idea of the final configuration that (I thought) I wanted. Polo made some suggestions that would ""future-proof"" our installation. His ideas were better, so that's the way we went.

Polo and his crew installed a Tesla Wall Connector and made sure that it was connected to our Wi-Fi and its software was updated.

They also installed an outlet for our future second EV. I had read that the Hubbel 14-50 outlet was the best, and started to explain to Polo that I wanted one of those, when he reached into his truck and pulled out a Hubbel. ...In white, to match our walls, no less. (I had only seen black online.) Nice.

The install went smoothly, and all was perfect at the end. Would definitely hire again for EVSE installation.

Just had the best experience with my EV installation today with Polo and LumiSOL Electric. A Tesla Recommended installer does not necessarily translate into a great experience, this truly was. And the cost was very fair. Polo was a true professional, knowing exactly what he was doing, along with great suggestions to make the installation look clean. And a bonus, he is a very nice man.

Lumisol did a fantastic job replacing my 8 year old Tesla wall charger which failed after multiple power surges in my neighborhood following local power outages due to fires.

I have used Polo for three personal and family electrical projects in the last two years and he has been excellent.
He responds quickly with detailed and fair cost estimates and has scheduled and completed each of the projects in a short time period.
On one of these projects, I also requested a bid from another Tesla recommended electrician who was slow in responding and never followed through in his promised time frames. This has never been a problem with Polo.
Polo also provides options on the layout of his project plans considering the end result appearance of his work and listens to his clients input and requests.

Had the best possible experience with the installation of our Tesla wall charger by Polo at LumiSOL! They have the best customer experience and quality of work, and trust me I've done my research! From first engaging with them to obtain a quote (super responsive!) to scheduling the installation and actually performing the work, Polo was amazing every step of the way, very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I called several vendors listed on Tesla's website, Lumisol was the most responsive and accommodating - scheduled a FaceTime to assess location, etc. then provided a quote in less than 24 hrs. Their price is fair and reasonable, especially given the quality of work and customer service they provide. Polo arrived on time to perform the installation per our agreed time and did a great job with the installation, documenting with pictures along the way to show how everything was set up. Highly recommend them if you're looking into installing an EV charger at home or any other electrical needs!

I had to replace a Tesla charger and contacted several businesses recommended in the vendor list provided by Tesla on a weekday after business hours. While all of my other calls got rolled into voice messages, Polo answered my line and immediately offered to do a quote call via video. He arrived on the next day before noon and replaced the charger. He was responsive and responsible. He stayed until everything was working perfectly. He was once trained at Tesla and was very knowledgeable. Professional, warm and easy to work with. He also offered competitive price. After he completed the job, he texted me a number of photos to prove the outcome since I was not at the site. Highly recommended.
