John did an excellent job on several different electrical projects at our house! The jobs were not as simple as they may have seemed at first, but he persevered with quality results. He was courteous, communicative and professional. Our projects included wiring dedicated light+fan control switches for two ceiling fans, installing a bathroom exhaust fan, fixing a faulty 3-way light switch, and grounding an improperly done sub-panel. When a coincidental electrical issue surfaced during the project, John stayed late during one of the days to track down the cause and fix it. I recommend Luminare Electrical.

John spent a day working on our electrical needs for a recently purchased home. He ran multiple wires for us through floor joists, ceilings, etc. to get our network and power in the right locations, he installed new outlets inside and one outside by the pool, removed a ceiling fan, installed a new light fixture and installed our in-ceiling speakers (after running audio wire).

We received multiple bids for the work, but John was the only one to come out to see the project in person. While the other quotes were right in line with Johns, I felt more confident in his estimates because he fully understood the scope of work needed.

He was on time, provided a confirmation the day prior, and communicated throughout the job. When changes or work-arounds had to be done, he not only offered solutions but explained WHY it needed to be done. I appreciated knowing that it was thought out, and not just because something was more convenient.

We were pleased with his work, felt safe having him in our home, and will be using him again for future projects. Zero complaints.

John is awesome! The power went out on a section of my house and he and his twin brother came out on New Year's Day to make sure that everything was taken care of. They carefully explained everything. They did excellent work, wore masks and shoe protection and cleaned up after themselves. He is very professional and courteous. Excellent communication. A real pleasure to work with. I booked them for a future gig. I would highly recommend this gentleman if you are in need of an electrician.

John was absolutely amazing! Had 2 circuit breakers go out and lost power to half of our house. With two adults working from home and a child distance learning I was frantically looking for someone who could help the same day. John answered his phone and could come out the same day. He fixed the circuit breakers quickly and when I started asking for some quotes on some repairs I needed in the future- he offered to fix them right then. He fixed 3 issues I had in less than a couple of hours. Super nice and professional! Incredibly well priced too! I was putting off some of the repairs in fear of what they would cost and John was very fair in his pricing. Highly recommend this company if you're in need of an electrician!

Although I ultimately got the job done by a friend, John is extremely straight forward and had one of the best prices in town. He was honest about the work needed to be done. He was punctual with getting to my house to give me a quote.

John and his brother-in-law, Dan, spent the last 2 days grounding the outlets at my home. I spent several months getting quotes from numerous electricians and John had the best communication and a great price. I appreciated that from the beginning he listened to what I wanted and made sure we were on the same page. He clearly outlined the potential issues he foresaw and what we could do to work around them. When we did run into those issues, we had already decided what to do. I also appreciated John being willing to prioritize certain outlets to minimize the amount of time I had to be out of my home office, since I was working from home. He was able to keep the internet up and running, and my work was not negatively impacted. Overall, I really enjoyed working with John and hope to work with him again!
