John came on a very short notice to help diagnose my lights flickering when turning on the washing machine that has been happening for months. At first , I thought the panel's the issue. He came the next day I call to give me a quote and options to change my Zinco panel . He's very reliable, patience to answer my questions, help to educate me. He educated me on some of the issues of burn wired on the panel and some loose wiring on the outlets at home. Then, eventually, we found out the neutral from SMUD meter's loose. John was here when the SMUD guy came and wait to make sure everything is good to go. No more lights flickering now. Problem is fixed. Thanks John!

We had a non-functioning GFCI outlet in the bathroom. John responded to our request for service within 10 minutes. He showed up the following day and was very honest in advising us about the variation in charges, depending on whether the outlet had power and the switch just needed replacement or required further diagnosis. We were fortunate and the switch was replaced for a very reasonable cost. Very impressed with the prompt service, honesty in both pricing and quality of service. Long story short. After 26+ years our garage inside florescent lights gave out. I contacted John for a replacement quote. After receiving a quote in a very timely manner along with a couple other companies, I selected John, and an appointment was set-up, His quote was by far the best.

John helped us to install a number of light fixtures and ceiling fans in our home and we were pleased with the experience.

From the beginning, John had great communication with my husband and was easy to schedule with for both a quote and for the actual work. He was able to accommodate our preferred day even though it was last minute during the week.

On the day of, John and his team arrived on time and were friendly but efficient and professional throughout the duration of their work even though we had a lot for them to do! He offered explanations and recommendations when needed and was always upfront about extra costs and pricing. They ended up staying a bit longer than expected but finished almost everything and did not complain. He was flexible about coming back to finish the last few minor items on a different day.

There was one small accident where one of the glass globes for our vanity light was broken when they were opening the box, but John offered to cover the cost for the replacement. He and his team were otherwise careful when setting up and working, so that there was minimal clean-up on our end needed after.

Overall, we were satisfied with John's work - his pricing was clear and fair, and we appreciated his promptness and attention to detail. We would use Luminaire Electrical again if we had another project in the future and would recommend them for your electrical needs!
