He responded to my Yelp request quickly and told me that he'd be available the next day at 2-3pm. We confirmed the date/time. Unfortunately, he ghosted, didnt arrive at the scheduled time and didn't respond after that. If he didn't want the business, he could have just said so. Beware!! Would not recommend.

BEWARE OF SCAMMER!
I put out a service request on yelp for electrical inspection due to loss of partial power in my house. Luis responded to my request and said that for $160 he could ""bring power back to your home"". I asked him if he could guarantee it and he said, ""Yeah of course. Anything happens again we go back no charge. I'm a licensed electrician so I'll be able to tell you the issue right away"". Long story short, he acted like he knew what he was doing, installed some tandem breakers, still no restoration of power. He tells me to look for GFCI outlets in one of the rooms and to reset it when I find it and if doesn't work he will come back the next day. I call him to tell him the are no GFCI outlets so he says he will come back around 10 to 11am next day. Both my wife and I take the day off, he never shows up. Ignores all my calls and texts. Now I'm out $230 and have to go through this whole process again.
Moral of the story: DO NOT HIRE HIM!

I needed to install a 240volt outlet for our new spa (yay), and for some reason I was having a hard time finding someone. I looked on Yelp for someone local. Luis was the first person that got back to me.
He came out to measure and give me an estimate. His quote was very reasonable so I gave him the job.

I am so happy that I found Luis! He did the job quickly and while he was at it he showed me where water was leaking into my electrical power box. He fixed it so it won't leak and catch fire.
He is friendly, polite and very knowledgeable.

I plan to ask him back to complete some projects for us.
