Luis was amazing, he got back to us within minutes of sending out a request. He went above and beyond to come help fix it even when it was late at night. Very fair pricing and patient, definitely recommend him for any electrical work.

Luis is blame shifting, lying & gaslighting, instead of taking accountability for his unprofessional behavior.
We're all immigrants to U.S. Why would I even bring up your immigration status?....That's ridiculous & a cheap shot to use immigration excuse, to bail yourself out of repeated unprofessional behavior.
You were dishonest, u tried to rack up unnecessary expense such as breaking the new painted dry wall, when a simple $27 GFCI replacement was necessary, which is what u did at the end and charged $190 for it and I didn't even ask for a discount, and paid u on the spot ... I asked for a receipt, but instead u stonewalled & resorted to childish cat & mouse game...because u didn't have a license and that was the underlying reason u stonewalled for weeks .. and u were the one who was disrespectful to a customer who supported your business, when I repeatedly asked for a receipt in polite manner. You possibly didn't wanted to report your income, which is another reason why u actively failed to provide a receipt.
Per Contractor's State License Board CSLB, u didn't even have a license! I could have placed a formal complaint against you for not having a license & for misrepresenting yourself as a licensed electrician to work in a commercial building, but I didn't for your sake! So be grateful that I didn't & learn to take accountability for your unprofessional behavior instead of resorting to blame shifting & projecting your own rude behavior on to your customers.
As a merchant you are obligated to provide a receipt for the transaction of taking money & providing a service. And its customer's right to ask for a receipt. So it was unnecessary & rude of u to actively resist providing a receipt.
U thought I was ignorant to fall for your self serving games.. if u want to be successful in business in the States, u need to grow up & treat people w the same dignity u want to be treated, or people will catch up to your gamesmanship.
I would not recommend Luis, I found him to be dishonest for pretending to be licensed, wanting to rack up unnecessary work by breaking the new painted dry wall, when it was not necessary & not providing a simple customary receipt after getting paid for what he asked for.
He proved to be unethical & very challenging to work with over a simple GFCi replacement job. And his response proves that he lacks the basic wisdom & maturity to take accountability for his unprofessional behavior, instead resorts to blame shifting & lying.

Luis, price quotes were for the work, he didn't try to overcharge or get over on you on time and he communicated well.
He put in 2 new outlets, and changed out 4 outlets

Luis responded quickly, arrived in a few hours, and handled the new outlet install without issue. Thank you bud! I would absolutely hire him again.
