I initially had a good experience--communication was prompt, and the quote from the electrician was reasonable. Unfortunately, things fell apart on the day of the appointment. He completely missed our scheduled time without any notice. I had to reach out to him after the appointment window, and only then did he respond with a new time--hours later than what we had agreed on. This was especially frustrating because I had told him upfront that I had to leave by a certain time, and he ignored that. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication and consideration for my schedule was really disappointing.

Excellent service, quick response, super professional. I had them install 2 bath fans and a dining room fan and all work excellently!! Luis had to resize the openings for the bath fans and patched everything up. I haven't worked with any electrician who patches their own work so this was a very nice surprise. I would highly recommend them!!
