Terrible. They take your money but do not honor the sales agreement, i.e. servicing the unit as promised. Will not answer phone calls, texts etc. Do not trust them at all. Go with a reputable company.... who keeps their word!

They were paid in full but never finished my job. No wifi monitoring no soft start on ac and it doesent test weekly. He wont come back to fix any of this. I highly reccomend stay away from this company

I have not had a good experience AT ALL with this company. They installed a 26kw Generac in November 2023. Since then, we had an outage in May 2024 and the system kept shutting down on us. In addition to this, the oil on the 'brand new' unit began to leak on the inside. It has been HELL trying to contact this guy to get him to come and look at the system. We paid over $14k for this system and warranty but we are getting the runaround.

We are on the verge of taking him to court because we feel like he has conned us out or money and put a defective unit on my home.

If they allow negative stars, I would have given that rating.
