Chad was very responsive and accommodating. I ended up canceling on Chad because I was able to fix the issue myself after 3 hours of troubleshooting, but called Chad 6 times in one day trying to get him out to service my house out of panic. He picked up every time and was trying to move things out of his way to schedule a time with me same day. I am grateful for his time and more importantly he did not get mad at me when I canceled on him. Thanks Chad!

I called at 12:30pm to report that there was something wrong in my house. Steve and Isaiah showed up at 1:15pm and got to work. They were done by 2:15pm. They were very nice and effective. I was worried that I had a big problem but all they had to do was replace the receptacle. I appreciate this kind of business. I highly recommend them!

It was Friday afternoon, and we needed to head down the Hill when we lost power in part of the house.
Two electricians (the other Steve and one of the Isaiahs) came, diagnosed the problem as a bad double breaker and had to do some fancy footwork in our panel, but they got it done and replaced an issue going back to the mid Eighties, when the house was built.
Chad on the phone in the office made it all possible.

Chad was great, came to the house, gave us an estimate, scheduled the work and when the day came, communicated the scope to Zach, the installer. Having a construction background myself, I can tell this company is one that I'll keep handy in my contacts.

Called for a quote. Steve was responsive in his communication and the process quoted was fair. Always showed up on time of not early.
Chad who did the work was respectful of the property, clean in his work and finished as promises. With drywall cutting and wall obstruction the house was probably left cleaner then when he arrived. I'm struggle to find good, fair, honest respectful contractors and I simply can not say you can go wrong in hiring this locally owned company.
