Amazingly helpful! You don't come across companies that are willing to help the customer as much as Steve at Ludecke's. They answered the phone immediately and tried to help us over the phone. They were at our place in 15 minutes and diagnosed our problem within 5 minutes. Stayed to call the electric company and walked us through what would happen. All of this was on New Year's Eve. Will call them for sure the next time I need anything done with electrical. Highly recommend Ludecke's for all your electrical needs.

Ludecke's is the BEST Electrician in Big Bear Lake. They always answer their phone and even if busy, will try to schedule you an appointment ASAP. I had three ceiling fans installed at my home and I must say, the electrician was professional, clean, expeditious and reasonable.

Steve answered the phone on Saturday night and came out to our Sugarloaf house right away. When we arrived ""up the mountain"" we found out that 3 breakers were ""on"" but there was no power. He retightened the wires and got all the power restored. Saved out weekend in Big Bear. Great service, friendly and prompt.

Simply the best on the mountain! Whatever you ask I.e. Hang a light, put in a ceiling fan, rewire, outside lights they do it right the first time, with humor and utmost professionalism. This is a great company.

I live down the hill and have a weekend cabin in Big Bear. The recent snow storm damaged my weather head and almost took out my electric service. I contacted Ludeckes on the phone and they agreed to go out and assist the situation. They went out the same day and quoted a price for the repair that was exactly what I was anticipating. I gave them the go ahead to make the repair. I didn't have to do a thing. They contacted the electric company and arranged to have the service disconnected and then reconnected after the repair was made. Upon completion they emailed me a bill and mailed them a check.

Working with this company was so simple and a pleasure. They will definitely stay on my list of go to Big Bear service providers.
