First of all, I do not usually write a review unless the service is exceptional for the value. My mother needed her electric panel replaced to comply with her condo HOA's request. I shopped around and Lucas gave me a very competitive and reasonable bidding on the work including a permit. He is very responsive in communication through Yelp, msg, and phone; he arrived on time to complete the work he promised and showed up again for the inspection of the permit. Lucas is a person who would go the extra mile for the customer. I think I found an electrician I can count on for future projects.

Wow! I thought I posted a five star review previously but maybe I didn't - therefore I will repeat that Lucas was fabulous to work with. He is very knowledgeable, communicative and very friendly. I will use him anytime I have electrician needs. You won't be sorry because he's really, really Excellent and a great value.

Lucas came quickly and advised us with several options for our project. He patiently explained pros and cons on different options and provided really reasonable estimates. He was very communicative and we did not feel pressured. He came on time and did the job, and cleaned the site before leaving. It was great experience overall. Highly recommended!
