NOT Licensed!!! They responded quick, came quick, i paid for service call - after they ""find"" the problem they worked and charged me way expensive and didn't fix it. After he finished he said it's something else and wanted more money. After I spoke with boss and asked for the technician license i was surprised to understand he don't have a license! - they left me with no money to repair it and still have the problem going on

Jose did a great job installing a GFCI outlet for me. Was very transparent about estimates and honored his initial one. Came on time, did the job quickly, and left the work area spotless. Highly recommend!

I requested a quote on a Thursday and Jose and team literally came down the next day to review the projects and provided such a competitive price I said yes on the spot! Of course my husband needed to see an invoice to ensure the price included all 4 electrical jobs ( 2 chandeliers, one ceiling fan and an outlet that was not working). Jose and team were on time, extremely professional and friendly. They were able to complete all jobs in one day. So efficient needs to be added. They asked questions like height, placement of the chandeliers so I was very comfortable with the end product. I would absolutely recommend and use again in a heartbeat!

On Monday March 8, LR Electrical came out to give me an estimate for adding an electrical box over my dinning room table and hand a chandelier. Very small job, it would take about 1.5 to 2 hours to do. He said he would comeback and do the job on Friday March 12th. He called me 20 minutes before he was suppose to do the job and tells me that he cannot show up. I guess my job was to small so he pushed it back. I asked him "" Why did he not tell me this yesterday""? He did not respond. He said that he could go out Monday March 15, but I said no thanks. I found another company to come out the same day and do the job. I do not mind that people are busy and have a lot of work, especially during Covid, but do not make a commitment to do a job and cancel 20 minutes before you are suppose to show up. It makes a person feel like their small job is not important to you.

Not certified. Was at first offering free consultation and was unable to provide help. I don't understand why he responded to my quote if he wasn't able to provide service at all. It made no sense to me. When I asked if he was certified he said they couldn't help. I would avoid any electrician that isn't certified as it's borderline illegal/immoral.

Wait, No 6th Star? Seriously, Jose couldn't be more Fair, Honest and Reliable. Something as simple as a Ceiling Fan install was still done with the care of a larger job. He and his team showed up on time, with masks and were very conscious about social distancing. They took care in covering our furniture and moving things so they could do the job they needed to do, all while be courteous to the women in the house (May not seem like anything, but trust me it is). Install went smoothly, and he was able to use existing electrical so I wouldn't have to be charged an extra fee. When all was said and done, the work, clean up and fan operation all were stellar. LR Electrical will be our continual go to, glad we took a chance on them.

Chose LR Electrical for my issue because its response was the fastest when I requested quote on Yelp. My issue was partial kitchen power outage. I wanted it fixed immediately because it involved the fridge that has fresh seafood and poultry. Jose came within the requested timeframe, assessed the kitchen and the breaker, fixed the issue, and gave me a recommendation of what should be done to prevent another recurrence with a quote. Basically he came, fixed the issue, and left without a charge. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and humble. Will definitely call him again if something comes up in the future.

I recently had an electrical problem at my home and hired these guys to fix it. They were totally professional and showed up at the appointed time wearing masks and gloves. The situation was a bit complicated but they figured it out and did the necessary work. Their charges were reasonable especially considering they came out three (3) times and had to enter the crawl space under the house. Living on the Westside I have encountered more than a few thieves who quote outrageous fees and it's nice to find people who can do the work for a fair price. These gentlemen are keepers and I will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.
