We needed a Panel Replacement quickly LQ Electrical and Wenbo stepped up to deliver complete and thorough results within 3 days of the last minute request. Unlike other providers who bidded, LQ met all the expectations without having to needle, prod, or second-guess. This project turnaround was done with me being 9000+ miles away - all he needed was clear directions and firm support.

It was not an easy project, I set the requirements and specified the deliverables - and the 50+ year old panel with long, unkempt history was swapped out with an improved one within 4-1/2 hours - half hour ahead of time. The tenant who was kept waiting escorting Wenbo's visit was able to leave for work in good time and was nothing but complimentary. I had to beg for Wenbo's assent to spring for his In-N-Out lunch due to him after deferring his lunch and break - this to show proper gratitude.

Loss of electricity to many of our appliances and we didn't know what was wrong. Our Cinch Home Warranty company was going to send a company to address the issue, but after reading the reviews we cancelled the appointment. After searching on Yelp for an electrician we came across LQ Electrical. The reviews were excellent and so we decided to call.

Within a few hours Wenbo came to the house and diligently worked to diagnose the problem. He was very conscientious and put in much effort in fixing the wiring that was causing the problem. He worked about 6 hours without a break. We could see this was not an easy task, but he persevered.

He was knowledgeable and honest about what he was doing. I would not hesitate in referring his services to others or to call him again for any electrical issues that we might have.
