Let me explain why I would never consider using Jeff in the future. I have to begin with saying that the work he provided was professional. I have no complaints regarding the quality of his work or his ability to show up on time. However, I have a huge issue with the manner in which he handled the billing on an incidental additional task. In his original assignment, he dropped and broke an exterior light fixture. It was unable to be repaired. I did not fault him at that point and purchased another one at Lamps+ for $200. After he came out and installed the replacement, I asked him if he could swap out the glass in another fixture that did not now match. It took him 15 to 20 minutes, but when he had finished, he required an additional $150 for a service call. In retrospect, I suppose I should have asked him to provide a quote on the glass exchange, but I didn't. I felt ripped off, paid him in full and told him what he had done was unbusinesslike and that I would never use him again, knowing that I had plans to install a garage charger for an electric vehicle we plan on purchasing. In conclusion, good work and on time, but can't trust him unless everything is spelled out in detail. I ended up eating the cost of a new fixture and a $150 service charge to come out when he was already there fixing a problem he created.

I believe Lowrance Electric got a bad rap. Mr. Lowrance knows what he's doing and knows how to get the job done where others have failed. I'm satisfied with his prices and free estimates if you accept the estimate, but estimate isn't free if you don't have him do the job. All in all, +Rep.

Normally I dont do reviews and this will be my first. But I am distracted due to the 2 reviews before me so please forgive me for expressing my opinion first about trolling. I have had my share of postings in forums and I know trolling when I see it. The gentleman is upset because Jeff called him about his review but that makes no sense. How could Jeff call about a review that has not even been posted yet? Hmm. And then claims Jeff hung up on him. Hmm. Makes no sense. Nothing mentioned about why a review was made in the first place. In my opinion I see a troll due to the fact that 15 of his 17 other reviews are negative.
Now the lady's review just does not even apply to anything. It looks made up just like the gentleman also has done. I bet the farm that those 2 know each other and they like to troll.
Forgive me for having to express my opinion but that stuff is annoying.
My experience with Jeff was a pleasure. We had a problem with the plugs in part of the kitchen and diningroom for some time now and Thanksgiving being right around the corner, we needed to get an electrician out here to finally fix them. A friend of mine referred Jeff to me and I gave him a call. I told Jeff what the issue was and he instructed me to check a few things before coming out. And I'll be damned. It turns out a GFI in our half bath was tripped that fed the kitchen and diningroom. He didn't even have to come out. I asked him how much do I owe him and he says ""it's on the house, happy thanksgiving"". Great, I said thank you and wished him the same and that was that. Free of charge. I can't express enough on how wonderful it is to have them plugs finally working again after all this time. Thanks again Jeff.

On this day February 16 at approximately 10:57 Am , I received a phone call from Jeff regarding my Yelp review but it ended with no resolutions due to Mr . UNETHICAL abruptly hanging up on me. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing any business with him shouldn't!
