Did repair on Ream heat pump. Everything went well. Sal was very courteous and answered all questions. I was very satisfied with the job he did. I have no complaints on his work.

They are horrible about estimating cost and time. They will also not inform you when they are about to exceed their estimation and leave you with a bill that is twice as much as they originally planned. We were shocked, but they were unwilling to help us with a payment schedule, and were very rude on the phone. Of course, all of this after it took months to get them to complete the project. They seem very skilled, but totally unorganized and we'll not be using them again.
