I suffered substantial damage in my home by FIRE. So many things were a total loss. Love's AC & Heating met with me in Lake Placid, FL traveling from Winter Haven. Brandon Love arrived on time, took the time to assess and document the damage, pointing out what needed to be done and how long it would take.

The air handler replacement and cleaning of all the soot in my attic and everything else was impeccable. They kept me informed and were very professional and easy to work with.

Honesty, integrity, professional and knowledgeable. Love's A/C & Heating is
all of these and I highly recommend them. I rarely do reviews, but in this case I want my experience to be documented.

Had use them in the past for a service call them again for a service call . Was recommended that I get a new condenser unit outside to supplement for this one room in the house that was not cool l also had a return install in same room The so-called technicians that came out to the Do job and building the platform for the air handler unit that needed to be moved over .in the attic they use my wife's Christmas boxes as ductwork support supports the owner assured me that he would come out and have it corrected after I spent three hours fixing the platform Call the company to fix the problem in the attic also the room where the return was installed is not get as cold as they let me to believe call the owner Assured me that he would install a booster fan in the ductwork that was ordered but because of Covid it was on back order that was over a month ago I have not heard from them very disappointing I told my neighbors that this was a company that could be use since then I've informed them of the lack of professionalism and follow up do not use this company they make promises they can't keep their workmanship is shabbyAnd trust me they charge premium prices.

I had ac problems for 7 years at my house, and had two different companies come out to ""supposedly fix it."" Despite all of this it still wouldn't work for more than a week or two at a time. Love's Ac installed a brand new system for me and offered a phenomenal financing option so I was able to actually afford a new ac. They were courteous, professional, and offered a free service call when they came out to initially look at it. I highly recommend this family owned business.
