*Lott Energy was founded by Michael Lott in 2011, who purchased the IES Commercial Orlando operation (formerly Amber Electric) on June 10, 2011.

*Through this acquisition, Lott Energy formed a partnership with IES Commercial to serve as an Exclusive Certified National Accounts Service Provider until November 2015.
