We called Lots to install recessed lighting in our house. They were quick to respond and provide a quote. They were even able to come out and install the lights within the week and did a great job! The guys were prompt, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. We're very happy with the outcome and their team was fantastic!

I had an unknown electrical issue and called Lots because I wanted to deal with a smaller, local company. I spoke with Steve, the owner, and he began trying to troubleshoot the problem right there on the phone to save me the cost of a repair. It needed a look, so Cole came out quickly and was everything you could ask for in an electrician. He treated our home as if it were his and took the time to explain the issues he found in plain speech that I could understand. He clearly communicated the repair he made and recommended that I contact our power provider regarding some irregular readings he was getting at our panel. I'm glad he made that recommendation because the power company came out and fixed some issues at our meter that could have led to something dangerous. All in all, they're fast, kind, and down-to-earth, and I will absolutely use them for any electrical needs I have going forward.

Steve and Cole did a great job installing an EV charger and replacing some older flood lights with newer camera flood lights. They were quick and stood by their verbal quote since there were no major surprises. I shopped around and LOTS was very competitive in price and provided a great value for the services provided. Quick turnaround from initial call to job completion. They did a great job and cleaned up everything nicely when they were done. I would definitely use them again.

I had an electrical issue in our home so I called lots. A man named Steve answered and did a excellent job talking me off the panic ledge. He really helped me feel that they were a smaller mom-n-pop style business and they were not going to try to escalate the job to a new electrical panel right off the bat as some of the larger companies do. I had not told Steve at this point that I had that exact thing happen previous to calling him and it really scared me away from the larger company. Steve assured me Cole would come out and have a look at the job. Cole showed up when he was suppose to, did a great job and even explained all the steps he was doing. Cole also had a very ""non scare tactics"" approach while in my home explaining things and never ""up sale"" scare tactics which won me over as a loyal customer.

Both the scheduler and the electrician were great to work with. Cole installed the fan quickly and even noticed an initial wobble and adjusted it for fixing. I would not have even noticed the wobble if he hadn't pointed it out. Shows perfection is king with this company. I am already quoting them for additional work as their value was spot on as well as their service.

Called with a electric socket not working. Spoke directly to the owner during lunch hour. Before scheduling service or talking price, Steve had me first check if the GFI on the switch had been tripped causing a failure. Sure enough that fixed it! Other services were quoting me up to $300, that's why you go to the mom and pop shops!

Steve and Cole did a clean, efficient recessed lighting installation in a very challenging location. Everything neatly trimmed out and aligned without knowing the structure above and difficult to access area.
Also replaced an panel board and added two vehicle chargers.
In and out in two days, on time, professional and energetic.
