I first thought I'd leave my disappointment with this company unspoken, but after what I learned today about the work they did in my home, I unfortunately have to leave this review. I will first say that Cole is a amazing electrician and stand up guy. Such a bright future ahead for him. Super nice and professional. The owner Steve, I had the initial impression that I was working with a honest, nice, and super professional person as well. Always great vibes and a bunch of laughs when they were over. Never even thought I'd have a negative impression of this company and be so so disappointed.

I hired Lots electric to complete the electrical work in my kitchen and bathroom for my remodel as my contract with my GC didn't include my kitchen or certain electrical work throughout my remodel. The kitchen work is what I have issue with at this time. I was quoted and paid $2500 for my kitchen electrical rough which I was told what would be left is a trim out once my cabinets and appliances were in meaning all necessary wiring and electrical work minus installation had been completed within that scope of work. He was super excited about my project and told me to let them know when I was ready to proceed. When I contacted Steve to schedule the kitchen trim out, he informed me he is ""passing on my job"" and would not be completing the work he started. Continued to state that I'd need to contact a ""bigger company"" to finish the job, because they were changing directions and only doing light fixtures and power outages going forward. When I was told this I was super upset to be left hanging, because the professional and honorable thing to do would've been to at minimum finish the work they had started and understood for current clients! I accepted it and didn't argue this when I received the news. I simply asked for a referral... which the company he recommended is out of business! Awesome!

I had to find a new and reputable electrical company for the work and today I learned that Steve didn't even completely rough the electrical in my kitchen. He simply dropped wires down to my crawl space without running them to my electrical panel, so it can be trimmed out. I was charged all this money to simply move outlets around to accommodate the new kitchen layout (the wall was completely open) so he tapped from existing electrical for the needed outlets. Definitely not the scope of work I hired him for!

I thought I'd be contracting a new company to simply trim out the roughed work Steve completed, but I am now paying twice for a major part of the electrical work in my kitchen, because I was deceived and taken advantage of. Imagine learning wires are just dangling in a space that were not ready to be ""connected to a whip"" as he would say or trimmed out as the owner, Steve told me. Not only did he desert my job which I wasn't going to leave a review about, he charged me full price for incomplete work! My experience personally with Lots electric has ended in a nightmare and additional bills. I know now to go with a company that warranty's, honors, and completes their work. I suppose anyone else would be safe from this happening to them since they're only doing simple jobs now. Good luck!

I needed to have a faulty outdoor gfi outlet replaced. LOTS' technician, Cole, was here within 24 hours, completed the job without a problem.
Their staff is responsive and friendly. I recommend this local company.

★★★★★

Just perfect. Cole arrived on time and was communicative as the appointment time approached. There were 2 tasks, but I added one more to be completed. He was quiet, professional, completed all projects and cleaned up. The day couldn't have been smoother. Any future needs and I will be calling this great company.

I needed to take care of a faulty GCFI breaker and Cole came out within a couple of hours. Work was great. It was exactly what I needed done and he double-checked everything. I highly recommend here and will give word-of-mouth recommendations when someone needs work. Will be depending on them for future electrical work.

We called early on Monday morning and they were able to come out later in the morning. The work completed was fairly priced and both people I dealt with were fantastic. Strongly recommend, as I know I will be relying on them for any future electrical work.

Steve came out and did canned lighting in my living room and bedroom. The price was fair, the work was great, and the service was incredible. They did such a good job that I had them back out to do more canned lighting in my kitchen and hallway. 100% recommendation!

We used Lots Electric to do some work for us in our new home. They hung some ceiling fans and put up a chandelier on a very high ceiling. They were the upmost professionals. They were extremely communicative and just an overall pleasure to work with. I will not use anybody but them for all my electrical needs. So refreshing to find someone who runs their business so well and cares so much.

These guys are fantastic! They have done probably 5 or 6 jobs for us and have always shown up on time; texted when en route; rescheduled for me on the fly when I had a problem come up and I needed to reschedule; cleaned up after they're finished; and minimized the disruption while doing their work. Extremely professional. Honestly cannot say enough good things about them. And once you've had them do an electrical job for you, you won't go to anyone else! They switched out a two story foyer chandelier for us; replaced the front porch lights, installed can lights in the family room ( and I didn't even have to patch any sheetrock when they finished!) and put in dimmer switches for the lights and ceiling fan, even changed the lightbulbs for me in the ceiling fan this last go round when I had them install new quad outlets in the master bathroom, my office and guest bathroom. Next up they're going to install new electrical service to our screened in porch! These guys know what they're doing! Give them a call if you ever need an electrician!
