For 6 or 7 years I've lived off the grid. Even though I had all the components for a functioning solar system, I never got it up and running. I mainly utilized a 1000i Honda generator for my electrical needs. I called three electrians, Chad returned my call within a couple of hours. Professional, prompt, a reasonable fee. He installed a 12V and 120V system that is well thought out, clean and organized. He was patient and understanding in answering my questions and explaining system components. Would highly recommend

Hi, my name is Christopher and I recently had my electrical panel replaced and labeled. Chad at Lost Coast Electrical is very knowledgeable and able to manage permits with the city while balancing PG&E's timing to the tee. Yet, that's not all... he has this amazing Electrician, Dana that works directly under him. Now, Dana is a detailed perfectionist who's work is spot on. Chad did a great job swapping out our unsafe electrical boxes (or whatever the correct, fancy term for them is) for some from this century that weren't (literally) about to cause a fire like the ones we had. He was easy to work with, explained everything without sounding like he was annoyed at my ignorance, and worked around our tight schedule. He was also a fair amount less than this other guy we called who was a total douchebag on the phone and wanted to charge us more. So, yeah, it was a no brainer. We'll definitely use Chad again for any electrical needs we have in the future.

I had a very positive experience with Chad at Lost Coast Electrical. Living near the coast, I've had a few corrosion-related breaker problems that prompted me to look into a panel replacement. I'm considering solar panels for my roof, but not right now. I got a new panel permitted and installed without issue, and all the information I need for the solar later on. Definitely recommended.
