I hired this guy to repair a broken toilet wall valve and toilet fill valve. He diagnosed the problem and told me he needed several parts. An hour later he called back explaining that he could not locate all of the parts required to complete the repair. He claimed to have shopped 3 different stores. He told me the toilet was old and worn out and that I would need to buy a new toilet.

The next day I went to Home Depot to purchase a toilet fill valve, a wall valve, and a hose. I made the purchase based solely on the description of the problem by the tenant. I made the repair in less than a half hour.

He did not ask for compensation, and he was busy with some personal issues. I get that we all have important things to do, but when I take a job I complete it without trying to add additional costs. The toilet is 22 years old. It will not ""wear out"" for a very long time.

I had an emergency over the weekend i called for guidance and a quote he told me he had other jobs to complete which is understandable. He asked me for photos of the work i needed done he proceeded by bad mouthing whoever did the work and said he wasn't going to do it and i should call someone else. I don't leave reviews, but Mr. Lopez really deserves being acknowledged for his quality of service. I replaced some light switches in my home, which resulted in something breaking on the electrical system. I called him first thing on a Monday and he responded very promptly and showed up at my home soon after. He assessed the problem and was able to pinpoint the cause. He repaired the fault and was finished before lunch time. In this period of time when it is hard to find reputable and responsive companies, it is good to know I found Mr. Lopez and that I can call him whenever I am in a pinch.
