Lonnie is not a nice person.
He put in the electrical for our hot tub,
and after overcharging ( by a lot) for some extra work.
He. wouldn't even negotiate.
Instead he sent a letter threatening to put a lien on our property.
My wife paid it ( she was intimidated )

Lonnie and his crew are the BEST. He is an old school electrician with a youthful crew. Lonnie explained everything to me in detail and provided a very reasonable estimate. They were always on time, polite, thorough, clean, and efficient. Really good with my dog too.

Lonnie and his crew are absolutely excellent.

He's done multiple projects at our home, big and small, and has been thoroughly professional, fast, and efficient every time.

I now refer him to all of my clients, (I work in an industry where an electrician is often needed), all of whom have had nothing but good things to say. Lonnie Olaeta did a sloppy unprofessional job hooking up my hot tub. Lonnie even tried to get me to do some of the work he was contracted to do!! He came 3 hours late around 5 pm and could not be bothered to drive 3 blocks to the hardware store to buy the parts he needed. He ""made do"" with what he had on his truck. The first thing I said was ""Why didn't you put the conduit on the deck riser?"" It was supposed to be there. He gave some lame excuse about not being able to bend the conduit. I stupidly paid him but emailed him after saying I was not happy. He insulted me, told me I was to blame and then want $235 to fix it. He even admits he made a mistake but refused to fix it. He even took the 110 gfci plug and cord that came with the tub with out asking. They go for around $50 on Ebay! I had to mention it twice with a threat to go to the police before I got it back. I was having 230 service installed. Fortunately Creative Energy where I bought the tub and who recommended Lonnie, sent their other electrician out on their dime and Steve fixed the problem in 1/2 an hour! Creative Energy was fantastic and you should go with Steve from Millennium Electric if you need any work done.

Lonnie took care of the hooking up my hot tub; he was great. Lonnie and his helper took care of everything quickly and professionally. I had him come back and install two ceiling fans in my house. Everything again was done efficiently and everything was cleaned up before he left. Have had no problems with any of the work he has done for; I recommend him and would use him again without hesitation.

I had a disaster situation with a non-functional hot tub over the weekend and Lonnie was unable to come out, but I really appreciated that he called back twice over that weekend to check in with me to make sure everything was OK with the electrician who came out and fixed the situation. Lonnie was willing to come the next day and was exceedingly helpful over the phone, offering to walk anyone else through how to set the spa up properly. Definitely a good guy!
