Long Electric has been operated by the same family for 67 six and a half decades. Founder Kenneth O. Long successfully operated the business until he passed away. In 1976, Fred joined the firm after overseeing at Aileen's until it shut down. He commenced as a stock assistant and worked his way up in the company until collaborating with Ken Long as the second-in-command. He is at present the head of the firm.
