Recommended Customer Reviews

They have done several jobs for us on our older house and are always efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Their fees are super reasonable for electrical work. They never try to upsell...we've gotten good practical advice at no charge. Highly recommended!

Don't waste your time. We had a ceiling fan that wasn't working when installed, so obviously something was wrong with the electrical. The home was built in 2008 and all of the rest of the home's electric works fine.
$350 was the initial quote, and the proceeds to ask what my budget is. How about you charge me a fair price to fix it, regardless of MY budget. What does MY budget matter?
Contractors should do fair work for a fair price, not hammer home rip off schemes.

Find someone else. Not only was I overcharged due to work and material they never needed but included in the price such as dry wall, mounting brackets, paint, and labor never needed. Overall the work done was poor. I later had a company come to install the lights Lone Star Electrical provided the electrical wires and mounting box to. I had to pay again for lighting company to install the correct mounting equipment that I already paid for and never received. Apparently its not OK to hang a 75 lbs light from a plastic insert that costs 3 bucks at HD. Funny how the mounting box he stated he installed was a wood beam in my ceiling. I have a inclination that Ruben was well aware of this. The guy seems very nice, however, I'm not very happy with the final product which ended up costing me twice. Nor do I appreciate being taken advantage of because I'm a woman.

I have used several electricians and this one was ok. The customer service was respectable but i was looking for more in an electrician. I recently switched over to Mister Sparky, not only was the staff friendly, they gave great advice and customer service with a smile on their face! I love the 100% guarantee that Mister Sparky offers, it allows me to feel safe knowing that if anything goes wrong, I have a business that will come fix it! http://www.electricianhouston.com/

Dude! Kevin at Lone Star is awesome! These guys are fair and honest and hard workin'!
Our condo is pretty darn old and needed some serious electrical TLC. We finally had to break down in these tough economic times and call an electrician when the living outlets ALL stopped working, and yes, I checked the breaker box first! Something was wrong with a capital R.
Kevin came right out and inspected everything diligently - each and every outlet and fixture from one end of the house to the other until he found the culprit! He spent just over an hour and charged me accordingly - no price gouging here, folks! Seriously - give Kevin a call. He won't steer you wrong and will fix your electrical problems too!
