I recently bought a house in Magnolia, TX, and the electrical work was a mess. As the daughter of an architect, I know when something doesn't look right, and the spaghetti-like wiring was a big red flag even before we bought the house. We knew it would need some serious work, so I called the first big company for an inspection, and they didn't pass with flying colors. They seemed more focused on charging high prices than actually making my home safe, and I wasn't confident they fully understood what they were doing.

That's when I called Mark at Logo Electrical. After walking the property and asking him a ton of questions, it was clear that Mark was the professional we were looking for. He was on time, professional, and most importantly, 100% knowledgeable about electricity. The house needed a lot of investigation (which Mark didn't charge me for, even though he definitely should have!) to figure out what was even in place before we could plan the repairs. He identified issues I hadn't noticed and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was addressed.

What I really appreciated was Mark's approach. He didn't just care about getting the job done within my budget--he genuinely cared about what would make the house safe and functional now, and what I'd need in the future. He even took the time to figure out how we could get everything done in stages, so it wouldn't break the bank. The shed ended up needing more work than we thought, but Mark stuck to the original quote and never tried to charge me more. He gave me things to think about without ever making me feel pressured.

It's clear Mark treats his clients like family and takes pride in doing the job right. This is why you go with a local company with a lifetime of electrical experience. He knows his stuff when it comes to electricity, and I trusted him with my house. I'm so glad I did. Highly recommend Logo Electrical!

My experience with Logo Electrical was excellent, both from the point of view of the home office and the technical and installation work. Issac was quietly and effectively proficient and quickly made the required ceiling fan installations while pointing out additional wiring problems along the way, which he safely corrected. I would rate my overall experience with Logo as a 10 on a scale of 1 - 10 and recommend them highly to others.

I found Logo Electrical Services through a google search as my wife and I were looking for an electrician to hang a few antique chandeliers in our new home. These chandeliers have run in my wife's family for 2 generations and mean a great deal to her, thus I was selective about who I chose to handle them.

To say we were pleased with Mark would be an absolute understatement.. He does incredible work! His confidence put us at ease and his experience in the field is more than evident.

He is worth every penny and we are looking forward to using him again.

Mark just left our home and we couldn't be more pleased with his work. His 40 years of experience certainly shows.

He fixed light switches and bulbs that another electrician said we had to re-wire through the house to the non-working outdoor light fixtures. Nope, it was a matter of figuring out which switch went to which fixture or as we found, Christmas tree light plugs installed in the eves. Mark installed a Ring doorbell for us and did a fantastic job.

I could go on and on. We learned so much from Mark including something calle Kalvins, I will let you ask him what they are! He is a very nice man with a wealth of knowledge about electricity and very pragmatic. We will definitely have him back to do all our electrical work.

My house wasn't previously wired for exterior lighting so it made this job a little expensive but also very difficult it took Mark and his team two days to complete the job but we are very happy with the results highly recommended. Team is very courteous and clean. Will use again for some more projects

Three reasons to avoid Logo -

1. Mark installed LED kitchen pucks under the cabinets. The quote was in line with commercial grade lighting, as he indicated. While installing the kitchen lights he ran out of 'transformers'. So he disappeared for hours searching for these 'high end transformers' all over Houston. When he returned, he said he shopped all the commercial/industrial stores and finally found some.
HOWEVER, I recently discovered the LED lights, wiring, and transformer were part of a kit purchased from....you guessed it...
HOME DEPOT FOR $29.99.

2. Second reason to avoid Logo - months later two of the LEDs wouldn't work. Still under his three-year warranty, he charged me $50 for the service call while complaining that his insurance premiums and overhead were sky high. Mark said the transformers were not working and he didn't have any replacements in his van. So he played with the switches and got them to work (temporarily). Weeks later they stopped working again.

3. Third reason (like you needed two more excuses not to call Logo) Called Logo again for appt. Took a half day from work, waited and waited. He was a no show. Evidently rain was coming into his shop/house and couldn't make it.
Called to reschedule, took another half day to meet him. Again a no show. Had a funeral to attend.

Neither time was the appointment rescheduled by Logo.

I contacted Home Depot warranty dept. They mailed me the wiring free of charge. I replaced them - free of charge.

LOGO = NOGO - called this company on Tuesday (3/14) and have never received a return call.

Classy. Just say ""NO"" to LOGO! If they can't even return a call, how can you trust them to do the job?

I wouldn't give one star but that's the only way I could comment called these people and I called because on the map it shows they are on the same exact road I live on 1774 and she said we don't service your area whatever not cool

I just had Mark from Logo Electrical install a lighting kit for my ceiling fan. He did a nice job. My ceiling fan now has lights. He was prompt courteous and competent. Logo is now on my go to list.
