Great company, great customer service and great prices. I've had a lot of work done with them from light fixture installs, had outlets moved to mount TV on walls, a complete panel change and generator installations. All projects went smooth and timely. Joe and his team deserve a 10 Star Rating! They have done a beautiful job at installing our generator. Joe is very detailed and installing a power plant for your home requires attention to all details. It must be installed exactly per manufacturer's specifications. Joe and his team are also Certified installers and can also service the generator. He and his team have been trained by the manufacturer to install, service and make repairs. This is very important to protect your investment and keep your warranty up to date.
Our generator has run through many power outages and it performs perfectly. During the 2019 outages it ran flawlessly! Joe keeps the lights on in my house.

We've call Joe twice. When we first bought our house a couple years ago, we had him install four ceiling fans for us, where no fixtures were previously. Joe was quick, professional and well-priced. The rooms were cleaner when he left than when he got there.

Just now, my husband and I tried to install a new exhaust fan in our bathroom. After struggling with it for four hours, we realized the job was bigger than our abilities. So we called Joe. On a Saturday. And he answered.

My husband explained the situation, and Joe told us the best solution would be to return the fan we bought--it wasn't a good brand and was notoriously difficult. He told us which type of fan to buy because it was very easy to install, even if you're not an electrician.

Hats off to an electrician who not only answered the phone on a Saturday, but gave us good advice.

My family moved to Santa Rosa about nine months ago. LOVE our 101-year-old house, but owning it hasn't been a smooth ride thus far. ;)

I've had all kinds of tradespeople in and out of the house, fixing this and that, and let me tell you - Joe was the first honest contractor who charged honest prices AND was a pleasure to work with!!!

Electrical work tends to be one of those highly-overpriced nightmares of every house owner... but not with Joe.

He didn't mind doing a small job, like mine. Fit me in, on a short notice, between his other appointments.

Showed up on time. Had his right hand, Dave, with him. (Yep, I got two for the price of one! ;)

Took their time. Got it done to a T. Cleaned up.

And the final bill? That's where I was blown away. They charged less for a job well-done than most contractors in the area charged JUST TO SHOW UP.

Give Joe a chance. You'll be pleasantly surprised, I promise.

And when he reads this review, he won't have a choice but to live up to all this, well-deserved I might add, praise! ;)
