I had a Plummer Anthony( Anthony's Plumbing) recommend Ryan Deeds for some electrical work and I think my life changed at that time,
Anthony was exceptional as it was, then to get Ryan. Score. He came here on time and was extremely nice. He went over the work to be done within a brief amount of time, He gave possible alternatives and recommended whether or not l thought is was worth it. Who does that? He fixed an outlet without charge because it was dangerous. I never experienced these happenings with anyone before. When I asked if he knew anyone to recommend for other jobs he went down his list. I was so appreciative of this person. I think I am walking around with the Bible of sorts. Everyone he keeps recommending is working out very well. Honest and reasonable. We needed an electrician to come on short notice to replace a crystal chandelier with an updated chandelier. Ryan gave us a reasonable price and came the next morning. He was very professional, took the time to make sure we were happy with the placement of it and did a great job. We will be sure to call him again in the future!

These guys are absolutely awesome! We had a huge chandelier we needed to get installed at the peak of a 23 ft. ceiling and we called probably 5 different companies that couldn't help due to the constraints of the room layout and ceiling height. We were referred to Lock and Alert by our neighbors who have been using them for years and they came and said they were up for the challenge!! They brought 4 guys out and found a specialized lift that would fit in the space without damaging our brand new floors. They took extreme care and were able to get the chandelier up and had go out and buy extra parts to modify the plate where the chandelier was connected. HOWEVER, after they were all done and the lift was loaded back into the truck, my wife took a look at the chandelier and thought it just didn't look right and that it needed to be lowered ?...I tried to talk her out of it since the guys were all finished but to her credit she persisted and asked the guys how much it would cost extra to lower it as it would be something that will be with us for years to come. The guys were really cool about it and said no problem, schlepped the lift back off the truck, maneuvered it all through the house and back into place and then went out to home depot AGAIN and bought a length of chain so the chandelier would come down to where my wife wanted it; I'm really happy she stuck to her guns because the overall look was much better with the lower height (you were right again honey!). And to top it all off they didn't charge us any more than the original quoted price. DAMN! We were blown away with professionalism, competence and just generally decent vibe of Joseph, Ryan and the rest of the crew. You don't find an electrician like this often so don't hesitate to call Lock and Alert for all your electrical needs. Thanks fellas!

Had an issue that needed immediate attention on a Friday afternoon, I was concerned because of the time and day but Ryan the owner was kind enough to come out and help fix the problem. I had called several companies before actually finding him and they all said they were booked for weeks, end of story! Not even really wanting to know what I needed and even though I had explained it was urgent. I really appreciate his kindness for him coming out at the end of the workday and even though he was booked as well, still making time to help me out. Great customer service. I can't say that about the other 5 I called! Thank you very much! Highly recommended.

Where do I start... I worked as a licensed electrician for over 8 years doing everything for low voltage to industrial, over that time period I developed a lower back issue and I am very limited on what I can and cannot do ( especially when going into tight spaces like attics and such ) but if I have to hire an electrician I guess you could say I have fairly high expectations. Both Joe and Ryan met
And exceeded those expectations, they care about quality and ( even in the areas that not many if any people will see ). I didn't tell them about my work history and asked a ton of questions just to see what they would say, they know how to do things the right way and that's the only way they do them ( such a rare quality these days ) and they do it all in within your budget, no surprise costs, no nickel and diming you with a bunch of ridiculous ""fees"" just straight up quality, honest work.

I called Lock and Alert to get some old can lights replaced with the modern flush mount style. Ryan and Joe arrived within a day for a quick install. They left no mess and were a super friendly crew. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an electrician who provides quality work at a great price!

I was so impressed with the quality of work from Ryan and his team. He installed a Quiet Cool fan and did some electrical work at our house (installed a light and plug). He also installed some outlets in our kitchen/break area at my office. He was able to perform the work in a reasonable amount of time, and provided a price that was same or lower than other advertisements I have seen. I have used them twice now and both times, the quality, service, and workmanship have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.

I had Ryan( owner) and Joe come in to install a whole house fan from QuietCool and they did an excellent job. Very professional, on time, and personable. Will be using it tomorrow morning so I'll post again on the quality of product.

Bad experience with the owner of this business. Their work is really bad, especially the finishing. Outlets left unsecured and not tightened, lights not working properly, I really should've done more hw before inviting this subprime owner into my project. Owner seems to have little respect for anyone's time or point of view. Money motivated only, and when he's paid, you can forget about anything he promised.
