Scott and Justin were very pleasant to work with, stayed positive while troubleshooting the issue last week. They ordered the parts needed to fix it while keeping us updated throughout the process. We live in Concord, CA, and it gets very hot out here. Once they ordered the parts, they scheduled a follow up appointment ASAP.
They were able to come in and fix the problem, and install a surge protector to make sure that our solar panels do not cause disruptions with the HVAC unit.
I highly recommend this company, they have good values, great communication skills, and leave you satisfied with their great customer service.
