I am writing this review on James Finch from Local Electrical and Lighting to commend his work and customer service aptitude when servicing my home. James is attentive , skilled , and perhaps most importantly very competitive and beyond fair on his prices on any and all electrical work. I contacted him for some electrical work needed to be done ASAP after business hours and he was able to accommodate me into his schedule granted this was an emergency related to an electrical problem I had that was posing a major fire hazard. He rushed over arrived to my home earlier than I was told and clearly vocalized and explained what he was going to do to solve it step by step which made my wife and I feel comfortable. He took his time to fix the exposed wires meticulously to avoid hazards for my family and I. After this I referred him to my company building to fix issues we were having with electrical and he was able to address those issues as well granted a couple electricians we had hired had failed to pinpoint and solve the problem. His vast knowledge ranges from the most simple tasks to commercial projects so I can whole heartedly and thankfully say he will be my electrician forever and I will absolutely recommend him to anybody that needs electrical work. It's very difficult to find an honest and experienced tradesman but when it comes to electrical , James Finch cannot be matched..

Worked through the job. Very motivated to get the job. Had an issue with a porch light not working after his work. Made several promises to fix it and eventually just stopped answering my calls and txt. Have to now pay someone else to fix his work. Don't use this guy.
