LMS is a very pleasant company to work with, their pricing was very competitive, and I would certainly hire them again. The owner gave the estimate and later followed up at the end of the job.

LMS Electric replaced my almost 60 year old 100 amp service breaker panel with a new 200 amp panel that also had more spaces. They were quick and efficient. Since I was traveling, they worked to my schedule. They coordinated with the city for the permit and inspection. On the day they came, 3 nice courteous men arrived and worked as a good team. Power was off for only a few hours and they finished by the end of the day. They also explained what they were doing and why and patiently answered all questions. LMS Electric did little things such as going under the home to run a 10 ft grounding wire so it would not show. When replacing a GFI outlet that was attached to the old panel, they installed a new GFI and cover at no extra charge. The wiring inside the new panel was very neat, whereas the old panel looked like a rat's nest of tangled wires.

While they completed the panel replacement on the first day, they returned the following day to label each circuit. They used a label printer and I have never seen such an organized looking electrical panel.

LMS Electric had to be hands down the best CONTRACTOR I have ever dealt with. I purchased a SUPER fixer in Burbank that had all old cloth wiring from the 40's. They came in and knocked out all new electrical including adding additional recepticals, switches and recessed lights within a few days! They were super professional to deal with. Louis Sever was a pro and made me feel so comfortable and CJ Ellul who did most of the work knocked it out of the park! They will be my top contractor referral for life! Highly recommend them!!!!

I recently did some work with LMS on an ADU in an apartment that required replacing the building's entire main and meters. This is a big job that requires dealing with city and permitting. This is the real deal A team, complete professionals who know what they're doing. Starting with Louis coming out to take a careful look at everything that would be needed to get the job done successfully. He has the experience and knowledge to know what needs to be done. Then working with Melissa in the office to coordinate everything, she was always extremely responsive and any questions I had she would get answers to asap and let me know. Then Rob and Devin came out to do the 4 day job. These guys are the best - they kept everything clean, neat, on schedule, and were great at communicating what was happening, what they needed, and answering any questions or concerns I had. They went above and beyond and I'm very appreciative of their work. I would highly recommend LMS and would gladly work with them on any future project.

WOW! Unbelievably glad we went with LMS Electric! Such pros. We were incredibly impressed by Louis from the get-go, and continued to be knocked out by the whole company and their top notch work. CJ and his team were kind, clear, informative, hard-working, warm, and easy to talk to / work with. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were so respectful and professional. We needed to completely re-do the electrical in the whole house, add new plugs, a shower fan for ventilation, etc. so it was a BIG job and we are so glad that we entrusted LMS with this huge task! Everybody at LMS provided excellent customer service. We wanted a meter upgrade, complete home re-wire, and new lighting install. Louis came over shortly after we called for an estimate. We were novices and Louis was patient with us and provided valuable counsel and thorough answers to our questions and concerns. The price was competitive. As promised, the crew who did the work, Robert and Devon, were professional, diligent, and customer oriented. They worked with us when questions arose, minimized drywall holes, and cleaned up tidy every day. No project goes perfect. When an issue arose at night, Louis immediately got involved and dispatched an employee to take care of the issue. LMS took care of the permitting and inspections. The City of Glendale inspector was very complementary of the work. We would use LMS for any future electrical needs.

I called a couple of days ago because I had a power outage in my kitchen in Glendale. LMS sent Robert and Devon over this morning- super nice people and very professional- they fixed the problem in minutes (luckily it was something simple), then I asked them to fix some switches that my handyman had tried to fix but couldn't. They could, and everything took less than an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to call LMS again. Absolutely recommended.
