Allen and Augustine of LMS Electric were fantastic! They arrived on time and were polite. They were there to add lighting to a room and I was at work all day. They stayed in touch with me and called to make sure I was okay with what was on schedule in terms of the placement of the lights in the ceiling. Allen was very clear and made sure to do an amazing job for esthetics. They carefully moved some tables and kept the work area clean. I DID NOT come home to wiring on the floor and a mess. They were cautious to make sure my dogs remained in the house when they left too.
I like to have work done by local companies and know that with quality workmanship comes a cost. Louis runs a great crew and I am glad I gave them the business. Well worth my money and time. I will be using them for future jobs at home again and again. Thanks g

We have used LMS twice in the past year and both times they were outstanding. First time Rob and Marcus came out and literally saved my wife's life! Somehow the wiring inside her bedside light broke and when it stopped working we called LMS. Rob and Marcus came out quickly, worked cleanly and fast, came in wearing face masks, and sized up the situation very quickly. Turns out the wiring in the light was actually somehow electrifying the entire lamp! So if my wife had even touched it again it would have electrocuted her. After checking wiring throughout the bedroom, Rob and Marcus discovered that the only problem was the lamp, so we didn't have to tear up any walls to replace wiring.

Then just this week we called them back to help replace switches throughout our house. With our three young boys at home for the past 16 months, they managed to break almost every single one of our light switches. Rob and CJ came in (again already masked, which I appreciate), worked quickly and cleanly, and did a great job. They replaced 11 switches, a few outlets, and were done in under 2 hours!

I could not recommend LMS more highly. Great office, great electricians and very professional. Rob, CJ, and Marcus were all outstanding.

We just had LMS install fixtures and rewire electrical lines. The technician Robert and his assistant were extremely professional and polite. They also made sure every room was cleaned up before they left, including taking the old fixtures and trash. I highly recommend them.

LMS is a great company to use for all your electrical needs. I've been using LMS for more that 10 years now. I have never been dissatisfied. From the initial call to request service they are professional and will listen to your needs and get the job done properly the first time. I had a celling fan reinstalled and rewired to bring the fan up to code. Rob and CJ were excellent. They took pride in their work and did not waste time in completing the job. Kathy was also exceptional. She answers the phone and your questions professionally and with enthusiasm. They price for the work was very reasonable. I am completely satisficed one again with LMA Electric.

My husband and I have done quite a few projects with LMS during the pandemic. Several of which have been electrical projects; adding/replacing outdoor lighting, upgrading interior lighting, adding electrical capacity in our garage--literally, it's been almost non-stop. We've used LMS Electric for all of them and have found them to be extremely professional and highly skilled. We've done a lot of work on our home over the years-we've become quite particular about the caliber of contractor we want in our home. LMS meets that standard every time. Highly recommend.

We hired LMS to re-wire our 1923 house, and they've been fantastic to work with every step of the way. Louis was quick to get us a (itemized!) quote and has been checking up on how work is going regularly, Cassie has kept everything from schedules to permits organized and easy for us, and Rob, CJ, and Max did all the work while making minimal mess, and making sure we always had power so we could continue to work from home. Very pleased! They showed up on time to solve a handful of random electrical mysteries at our new house. We appreciated that they listened carefully to our concerns and preferences. In one situation, they could have charged us a lot more money, but they found a more simple, preferable solution. They explained our options throughout the process, and when they were finished, they demonstrated how everything worked with the timers, dimmers, etc. They were very polite, wore masks, and worked neatly and efficiently. We will definitely call them again!

Louis showed up the same day we called and asked for an estimate. He was super friendly and professional and gave excellent suggestions for installing our new light fixtures. Prices were competitive and fair. The guys showed up days after the estimate and finished the installation in record time leaving the place as spotless as they found it. I simply cannot recommend LMS enough.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home and needed to rewire the whole house to replace the knob and tube/cloth wiring combo ASAP. We got a handful of quotes and Louis stood out immediately. As two women, our basic understanding of how a house works has been repeatedly belittled by contractors, but Louis was remarkably respectful and offered a fair (and itemized!) quote.

After deciding to hire LMS for the job, we were even more pleasantly surprised by the work of Rob and his right-hand man, Marcus, who spent the week with us making sure the job was done right. While I worked from a home office, the two could not have been more accommodating throughout the process. They even went to extra lengths to keep the necessary holes in the drywall to an absolute minimum, knowing we'd decided to take on the repair task ourselves. And as admitted neat freaks, I can't appreciate their cleanliness enough - At the end of every day, they pack up their drop cloths, vacuum/sweep, and leave everything the way they found it.

We can now rest a lot easier knowing we're not going to burn down at any moment, and if we have any issues or upgrades in the future, there's only one company we're calling.

It just doesn't get any better than LMS Electric. We were having some issues with the electrical in our new home, and Robert and CJ were able to find all the problems and fix them all. I have never encountered technicians that were more knowledgeable, competent, and personable. Extremely reasonably priced as well! The absolute best!!
