We're so impressed with the level of service and professionalism from LMS Electric! Louis gave us an estimate for recessed lighting for our living room, and we were able to get an appointment for the very next day to have Robert and Jacob come out to install the lighting. SUPER prompt scheduling and installation! Robert and Jacob were wonderful. They were punctual, courteous, and did an incredible job! When we opted for a different bulb setting, they came out the very next day to switch the cans out. We love our new lighting...it makes all the difference! Everyone we have dealt with at LMS has been wonderful, including Angela in the office. They even kindly fixed a few funky wiring issues in our home for free, and were good sports about our toddler being underfoot. Wonderful experience. We'll for sure call them next time we have an electrical need!

I can't truly express how awesome my experience was with LMS, but I will try. First, they went out of their way to schedule a weekend appt even though they aren't open for business on weekends. Second, the owner showed up to take care of my issues. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. All he did was open the breaker box and in an instant knew how to solve my problem. And lastly, the cost of it all was definitely worth not ever having to worry about my issue again. I waited about a month to write this review just to make sure. Lo and behold, the problem has not re-occured. I'm 100% happy with the service I received. If I ever have any more problems, I will definitely call LMS to take care of them.

We started out wanting to get our 1950's era wiring updated in a couple of bedrooms we use for hobby work - researched and interviewed a number of contractors. We gave the job to LMS and ended up expanding the job to include a complete rewiring of the house to bring all the wiring up to code, relocating all the outlets plus adding a number of new outlets, install recessed lighting in most rooms as well as new light switches, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and replacing an attic fan (and I'm sure I'm forgetting things!). The entire job ended up taking a month so we had a lot of opportunity to interact with LMS. Bottom line: we're thrilled with the results. The quality of the work is very high and Louis coordinated the permit process with the city with no issues. Louis and his folks were always extremely courteous and did an excellent job keeping us informed of progress. They made a number of great suggestions about fixture placement and type. They showed up on time (and when circumstances occasionally prevented that - they reached out to let us know). When they left at the end of the day the house was back in working order and work areas were cleaned up. The various quotes, as we enlarged the job, were always professionally prepared and itemized. They did not nickel & dime us for various small requests or when they ran into unexpected difficulties. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.

Jessie and Jeremy as well as several others have come to answer our electrical needs, and all have been superb workers. We have used this company for at least 8 years now, and every bill is honest, every fix done expertly and each job was accomplished with a safety in mind and with high grade materials. I have had the entire attic rewired...I have had new gang boxes installed with GFI shut-offs, I've had outlets for lights adjacent to all our garden arches installed so we could put Christmas lights up for the grandkids, they've put in new circuit boxes, and on and on. They leave your home and yard nice and clean as well.

You can't go wrong with this company. The owner and those he has surrounded himself with real professionals and my husband and I are really grateful we have them in our community.

Nothing but greats things to say about LMS Electric. Had a problem with our outside light sensor and Rob stopped by immediately. He was very knowledgable, troubleshot the issue with ease and replaced the faulty unit free of charge. Excellent quality of work. 4 years ago LMS replaced my old outdated circuit board in the basement of my 1940s Era home with a modern circuit board and re routed all the wiring and the breaker board outside as in modern homes. The job was done quickly, professionally, and I've never had problems since. They charged me only $400 for this job, which took two electricians 4 hours to complete including parts and labor. A great bargain

However now that this company is now popular, they charge through the roof. I had another electric job - installing a few lighting fixtures. Of the three estimates I recieved for the same exact job, LMS came in 30% more expensive. I chose another contractor. Recently I called them because I was having electrical shorts in another property. They were booked solid for 1.5 weeks and couldn't even come do an estimate.

This company is OUTSTANDING! They have done work in my apartments and also at my house. Just installed some chandeliers in very high ceilings. Also figured out how to make all my outdoor sconces go on and off at the same time! Very careful and professional.
