Louis, the owner and his teams are excellent. For the last 6 mos, I observed excellent consistent workers show up on time, totally respectful, courteous and do excellent, impressive work. I totally respect all of them.

Bummed out because they came in to replace an outlet and helped identify a larger problem but failed in following through to resolve it. The office manager said they would schedule a second visit. I called twice in 2 weeks and they just blew me off, saying I would get a call back. It never happened.

side note- the serviceman was a no show the first time so we rescheduled.

I'd have more respect for them if they just passed on the job instead of ignoring me. The work that was done was professional. For that, they get 4 stars. Flaking on me deducts 2 stars. I was hoping these guys would be different than the stereotypical contractor. Sigh

We had them come and do a ton of changes at our old house and they did a great job. Lewis the owner came by to do the estimate and spent lots of time with us taking copious notes. He prepared a detailed estimate and was responsive.

The team that did the work (CJ and Andrew) was on time, professional, friendly, and extremely tidy. They were proactive and asked questions but were excellent communicators. The owner also stopped by on the first day to check in and give them a few pointers.

We're really happy with the work and their price was very fair. I feel like we eliminated a lot of DIY jankiness in our home while also adding a lot of upgrades. LMS is awesome. We will be calling them in the future!

We used LMS Electric to install exterior lighting, recessed lighting in the family room and fix several nagging electrical issues that we'd been putting off for too long. First, Lewis was able to come out to our house and give us an estimate within a couple of days. Second, we were surprised that the estimate came in so low. We expected it to cost more than twice what we ended up paying. Third, the two primary electricians that worked on our house (CJ and Andrew) were exceedingly professional. CJ was ostensibly the lead electrician and he was an excellent communicator - able to talk us through each step and it's attendant issues throughout the process. What could've been an ordeal was painless and we are really happy with the final product.

LMS is a very pleasant company to work with, their pricing was very competitive, and I would certainly hire them again. The owner gave the estimate and later followed up at the end of the job.

LMS Electric replaced my almost 60 year old 100 amp service breaker panel with a new 200 amp panel that also had more spaces. They were quick and efficient. Since I was traveling, they worked to my schedule. They coordinated with the city for the permit and inspection. On the day they came, 3 nice courteous men arrived and worked as a good team. Power was off for only a few hours and they finished by the end of the day. They also explained what they were doing and why and patiently answered all questions. LMS Electric did little things such as going under the home to run a 10 ft grounding wire so it would not show. When replacing a GFI outlet that was attached to the old panel, they installed a new GFI and cover at no extra charge. The wiring inside the new panel was very neat, whereas the old panel looked like a rat's nest of tangled wires.

While they completed the panel replacement on the first day, they returned the following day to label each circuit. They used a label printer and I have never seen such an organized looking electrical panel.

LMS Electric had to be hands down the best CONTRACTOR I have ever dealt with. I purchased a SUPER fixer in Burbank that had all old cloth wiring from the 40's. They came in and knocked out all new electrical including adding additional recepticals, switches and recessed lights within a few days! They were super professional to deal with. Louis Sever was a pro and made me feel so comfortable and CJ Ellul who did most of the work knocked it out of the park! They will be my top contractor referral for life! Highly recommend them!!!!
