This company has no regard for HR law. They routinely adjust payroll and short pay hours. They are dishonest and conveniently forget promises made during interviews. Not only disorganized, but then lay blame on the technical team rather than take ownership of their business. Call schedule is a laughable way to use you and not pay you appropriately. Again a perpetual lie to get you in then they change it like it was made up. The culture is cut throat and distrust throughout the company.

Extremely poor management which blamed me for their own mistake.

Subcontracted an assignment from LMI which was set to begin at 10:30pm. At 10:36 PM, while I was carrying tools and beginning the store sign in process, I received a call from the project manager explaining that I was late because I had not checked into the conference call by 10:30. The instructions specifically said to check in with site manager, locate package, and then locate network rack before checking into the conference call. Received a threatening text from the project manager which was also extremely rude. Maybe you could have stated that check in time at bridge needed to he 10:30 specifically, and set check in time for the assignment at 10:15 instead? Expectations were not clear.

Any other decent company would set their expectations in advance, rather than crying about their own mistake. Get lost, LMI!
