I called Lloyd's Electrical to correct panel work and wiring in a new home. He came out the next day ready to do the work. We are in a rental property and the property management company sent Lloyd out to take a look at our breaker box which kept tripping. He was at our home within 24 hours of being called, right on time (he actually called to say he could be early,) and he was totally professional and courteous.

He didn't need to come inside at all for what he did, but did everything right at the breaker box in our garage. Now I am a totally non-technical person where I don't get most mechanical things nor do I understand them so I say this to bare in mind my level of comprehension for what he did. Lloyd didn't just say I'll take care of it, is everything working again and leave. He asked in detail what the issue was, then he explained to me at a very basic level, not because he was being rude but because I clearly showed any knowledge at all of what he was doing, exactly what the issue was and how he would fix it. He was done within 15 minutes, changed out the breakers for the faulty ones we had and was absolutely kind, professional and just top notch. I told him that I would definitely get his card and information and refer neighbors, family and friends to him (which to me is the best review you can get as a business owner is a referral from a pleased client.)

I hope I don't need an electrician again, but if we do and I am paying for it I sure hope we can use Lloyd's Electrical. They are professional, knowledgeable and just good people. HIGHLY recommend.

Lloyd has done so much electrical work for us over the years. In our old house he replaced a bunch of can lights and bum sockets for us and when we were selling that house he and his partner Jacques (sp?) replaced the entire electrical panel to bring it up to code. He is great at communication and always shows up when he says he is going to. That electrical panel was a thing of beauty...no short cuts, every circuit labeled. In our new house Lloyd and Jacques have done several small jobs like removing some crazy dangling wires after figuring out what they were for, installing an outlet in an outdoor storage room, and recently repairing all of our landscape lighting. Lloyd is a master at figuring out old, crazy wiring even when the junction boxes are buried under several feet of dirt and sand. He is a really nice guy, long-time local, and inspires confidence in his work. His pricing seems extremely reasonable and has always been below what inspectors have estimated for repairs needed (both in selling our old house and buying our new house). I would not use any other electrician!
