Horrible service. I called my home warranty service and they sent this company out to check my electrical panel. All he did was complain about everything that was wrong and threatening to report me to the county for illegal issues and report to cancel my warranty to the company. I just bought this property and thought I did what was right

We had just faced a terrible experience with a previous company that our home warranty had assigned to our claim. That technician was incompetent and clueless! His employer/ company was just as horrible! but enough said of this company,
Todd, not only address and repaired our electrical problem, quickly and safely, but his customer service is impeccable!
He even made additional repairs to other electrical problems we mentioned during our conversation.
Let me add that his staff handling the scheduling at the office also exemplified outstanding customer service, pleasantly and professionally!

We had a very worrisome interaction today with the owner operator of Livingston Electrical. He was assigned to our repair by our home warranty company. He arrived at our home without any PPE. I'm immune comprised with a hazmat sign posted on our door stating so. I opened the door wearing a n95 mask. He had a standoff attitude the moment the door was opened. I walked him to the issue trying my best to stay 6 feet away from him. We had a fire in a plug outlet in the wall. The wires are charred. When this happened a few days ago we contacted a friend who is a certified electrician to come to our home to confirm the there was not a fire in the wall and insure the power to this area was off. He opened the outlet and told use that the wire was burnt to a point that a new wire would need to be installed through the attic. We thanked him and said we would contact our home warranty company. Today after entering our home with out CDC recommended PPE he went to the plug and said ok I will replace this. I asked him if he would be able to use the wire as the protective insulation was burnt off almost to the back of the exposed wire if it would be SAFE and up to fire code to connect the burnt wire. He responded I have 35 years working how many do you have and yes it would be to code. He was rude at this point for no reason as I was polite. I explained to him that our personal friend had come who also a certified electrician and told him that he had said the wire was a issue. He said well then you can just have him come do it. I said What ! as this was out of left field. I said I just wanted to make sure we would be safe as we have a child in the home. He started to mumble under his breath and then I felt really uncomfortable being alone in the kitchen with him. He said I'm going to make this safe and then I'm leaving. My husband had taken our child to the back of the house due to the covid 19 and the lack of PPE. I went to get my husband because of the rude and aggressive manor and when we made it to the living room he was rushing out the front door. My husband said are you leaving? What is happening sir. He said I don't like the vibes I'm out. So we have exposed wires now! He did not make it safe and he risked all our health by coming here with no PPE. I should have told him he could not enter without it and stood my ground. I was so worried about the safely of the wiring so I let this person enter my home. So after he was gone my husband stated that he recalled a time a few years back that he came to the home and my husband had a bad experience with him also and told me that he was rude to him and confrontational. We contacted the office to discuss what just happened after a few moments it became clear that this was a small family business and that he is the owner and the woman in the office is part of the family also. Though she was sweet, she was so unprofessional as well. She spoke about religion and god and was talking over us and was so upset that we were complaining that I had to ask her to please calm down and if she was ok because it was like she was going to cry. By far the strangest interaction I have ever had with a company.
