What a joke these people are. Didn't even have a flashlight on them, used their phone. Said they need a new breaker but would have to find one. Never did.

Live Wire Electric started out well, he provided me a quote, we agreed to 3 payments a deposit a mid and a final. I live and work in Europe (Italy) so all our discussions were either over phone and or emails. As a fellow American I thought I could trust another fellow American, it turns out like so many scams in our country. I am a retired military veteran who tries very hard to trust the very people I stood ready to defend for 20 years only to be ripped off by so many in business transactions in todays environment. Here is how this ended, Mr. Martin (Live Wire Electric) who I have a copy of his Texas driver's license and plans to take to small claims court as soon as I return back to the USA in Feb 2022. Mr. Martin contacted me and falsely stated he was all done with the electrical work at my Automotive shop there in Killeen Texas, his exact words, "" would you mind if I get paid a day earlier? kinda tapped from other stuff and that he wanted to take his son hunting"" he even sent me photos with the shop lights on. He asked if he could be paid the final payment of $4,210.00, I sent it without having my daughter verify the work. A day or so later I contacted the HVAC contractor to see if he was completed with the HVAC and he informed me there is no electric power at the shop. That is when I had my daughters visit the shop and take photos. The electrical panel had wires hanging from everywhere, they were not labeled, the re several junction boxes with wires hanging, the sewer grinder pump was not wired in. The electrical work was far from being complete. I have had to hire another electrician to complete the work at a cost of $6,000.00. Live Wire Electric owes me $6,000.00. Consumers be ware!!!

Friendly and real busy. But made time to hook me up. so I can have Electricity. It seemed expensive but I could not get another quote quick enough to verify. Work looked professional. I'm waiting on inspector.

I was given a number to text or call to set up an appointment. I set up a time for Weds. April 7, 2021. The gentleman said he would call an hour before they came. Well...Weds. came and went...no call/no show. My wife called the next day. They said that their crew didn't make some scheduled appointments and we rescheduled for Friday April 9, 2021. They said we would be their first appointment at 9am. 9am came and went. My wife called and left a message around 10am asking where they were. They called back an hour later around 11am stating that they had an emergency call and they wouldn't know when they would get to us. My wife cancelled. It would have been one thing if they would have called around 9am and explained the situation, but to not call and leave us waiting...again....not acceptable.
