We've called Live Wire twice, once for an issue with our circuit box and today for cabling issues. Both times, the pros were on-time, professional, and reasonably priced. We do quite a bit of at home projects and deal with lots of vendors and not so fun sales people. This has been a good experience!

They are great!! My pond lost power and I was so scared that my 4 koi fishies were gonna die without the pump turning on.
But Live Wire came to the rescue on a Sunday morning. I appreciate how they came right after I called. He was very helpful and courteous. And fixed it right away and gave me hints to troubleshoot it if it ever helps again, phew.

Well after today, I'll only call Live Wire next time for my electrical needs! Thank you Live Wire!!

Home Depot recommended about three companies for me to work with and out of the three (and others that I researched) I'm so happy that I choose Live Wire. James showed up when he said he would and on-time. Finished the work when he said he would. During the box change Edison showed up to connect the power, well the Edison employee screwed up and almost burnt my house down. (James was not at my house when Edison did this) When Edison called me I had no clue as to what they were talking about so I called James and he took his own time to talk to Edison and figure out what they screwed up and told me how to handle it. He definitely went above and beyond the job expectation that I had. Would highly recommend James and this company to everyone.

I installed a new Ring Video Camera for my door bell. We had issues with the voltage being too low. James arrive on time and was able to quickly find the transformer in the attic. He upgraded the transformer and my new doorbell works perfectly now. Can't be happier with the service. All done within an hour.

Was looking for some guys to install some lights and came across live wire. I gave them a call and they were so professional! They gave me an appointment time and arrived promptly to assess the situation and to give me a quote. Their price was really affordable and they were completely honest. They gave me a time that they could install the lights and arrived on time once again. They gave me an estimate amount of time that they would finish the job and finished it well before which is more than anyone can ask for when it comes to construction work. They were also very considerate! For example, they wore shoe booties when they entered the house. I'm more than satisfied with the job and will be calling them in the future for any electrical work.
