Called and setup an appointment to install 2 overhead tv's at 2 dealership locations and HE(william) never showed up the next day to give me a quote. At least give me a call and saying you can't make it or reschedule.
Feb. 9th was quote day.

William installed our new Frame TV and did a phenomenal job. These TVs take longer to hang because they have to sit flush against the wall, and he really took his time to make sure the job was done right. Would definitely recommend.

When people don't text you back or call on the confirmed appointment day and time, its a mind game... it makes you wonder? ?? Waiting and waiting for a serviceman that never shows up...
It reminded me of when I was a kid and my uncle told me he was taking me fishing, there I was on the front porch with my fishing pole waiting and waiting....

Oh, and Billy does not take checks :(
I wonder why? Its not like he met me on the street, he's coming to my house...
So I had to make a special trip to the bank and wait in mile long line just to get his cash fee...Ever wait in a mile long line at the bank? You start hating everyone in front of you...

Its BS man, Don't disrespect your customers, the customer is paying you!

I reached out to him due to the good reviews he had. Hard to get a hold of but figured he was busy so just waited for a call back. Once he called back, I got a quote and a time. We had the appointment scheduled for 12pm, noon rolls around and nothing. I text and no response. I called multiple times and he finally answers but doesn't say anything (sounds like he just woke up). He then has the audacity to try and insult me via text. I don't know how he got his good reviews but i wouldn't trust anyone who tries to insult a customer and can't apologize for their mistake. I have work to get to and the least he could have done is give a courtesy call. Horrible communication and customer service!!! See all the photos.

update. He stated he apologized but never did. I guess a courtesy call when no window was given or explanation, was too much to ask for. I only received insults. I guess he picks and chooses who he communicates with. Untruthful and unreliable.

Billy is the bomb! Communicative and responsive. The experience shows in his work. Do not hire Best Buy and spend hundreds of dollars to get your TV mounted.

I offered to help in lifting the TV to put it into place because I know how heavy it is.

This LG B2 77 inch OLED TV is mounted perfectly center between the two windows. Notice that the top of the TV is perfectly in line with the top of the windows.

Look no where else. Billy is your guy.

I bought a large tv and needed it mounted ASAP! William was very responsive and able to fit me in same day. He let me know when he was going to arrive and got everything done without leaving a mess! He put the cords together just how I asked. Highly recommend him if you are looking for someone efficient with a fair price.
