I reached out to him due to the good reviews he had. Hard to get a hold of but figured he was busy so just waited for a call back. Once he called back, I got a quote and a time. We had the appointment scheduled for 12pm, noon rolls around and nothing. I text and no response. I called multiple times and he finally answers but doesn't say anything (sounds like he just woke up). He then has the audacity to try and insult me via text. I don't know how he got his good reviews but i wouldn't trust anyone who tries to insult a customer and can't apologize for their mistake. I have work to get to and the least he could have done is give a courtesy call. Horrible communication and customer service!!! See all the photos.

update. He stated he apologized but never did. I guess a courtesy call when no window was given or explanation, was too much to ask for. I only received insults. I guess he picks and chooses who he communicates with. Untruthful and unreliable.

Billy is the bomb! Communicative and responsive. The experience shows in his work. Do not hire Best Buy and spend hundreds of dollars to get your TV mounted.

I offered to help in lifting the TV to put it into place because I know how heavy it is.

This LG B2 77 inch OLED TV is mounted perfectly center between the two windows. Notice that the top of the TV is perfectly in line with the top of the windows.

Look no where else. Billy is your guy.

I bought a large tv and needed it mounted ASAP! William was very responsive and able to fit me in same day. He let me know when he was going to arrive and got everything done without leaving a mess! He put the cords together just how I asked. Highly recommend him if you are looking for someone efficient with a fair price.

Would give 6 stars if yelp let me. Mounted two t.v.'s. Installed an outlet for one so that its cord could remain hidden. Work quality was top notch. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

I had Billy Mount 4 TVs for me. One was wires hidden with mounted Soundbar underneath. 2 were mount on wall with a Stand underneath, and the last was on stucco wall in the backyard.

He was knowledgeable, Nice, and a professional. He did an amazing job. He was very clean, and accurate. He was a perfectionist. Made sure all tvs were perfectly leveled. They looked nice and clean. Recommend on what level to put them.

I highly recommend him, and best of all. Hes an electrician.
