Billy did an awesome job mounting my TV. Took the time to also clean the front and back of my TV prior to mounting. Also, Billy did a really great job on hiding all my TV and component wires. I would hire Live Wire Custom Wiring again.

Look no further....William initially started off with a surround sound job for me in my son's room which came out great. Since then I've hired William to come back for some custom work. Scheduling is always a breeze and the pricing is right compared to other companies I called.

I'm a very meticulous guy so when I hire somebody I expect nothing less than perfection. Will is a prime example of paying attention to detail. Will installed a few more surround sound set ups and most recently installed my hexagon lighting in my garage along with a 65"" tv and surround sound for it. Came out phenomenal! Just check it out for yourself! Look no further will is the man!

I was happy with Billy's prompt response to getting an appointment to have our TV mounted. His attention to detail was top notch and I appreciated that he cleaned up his mess by vacuuming and it shows he takes pride in his work. He did a great job hiding the cords and really knows what he is a doing. He took the time to make sure the TV was working properly and even put the batteries in the remote.

The one star reviews are true. I made an appointment to have my security cameras installed and two days later he texts and says he doesn't service Visalia. On Yelp, he clearly states he does service the central valley. I went the extra mile to offer pay for travel expense (gas) to complete this work order, but he did not respond.

Update. There was no apology. I am not a liar. Sir, I did offer to pay for your travel expenses. Please see picture.

Poor communication, hard to get a hold of and not prompt to respond. Sets a time to come then never responded after he confirmed, so we were left waiting for over three hours for him before we went back to our daily business. Needs to streamline his professional communication to customers if he ever wants to grow and expand his business.

I had a large 85"" tv mount along with a sound bar and Billy performed the job perfectly. He was very efficient, performed the installed professionally. He even wore shoe covers before entering the house without having me to ask for it. Brought his own vacum for clean up. Will definitely hire him again!

I sent multiple requests to several businesses asking to have an Ethernet wire installed for my doorbell. William was the only one who accepted the job. Everyone else refused to take on the task. On his way over, his truck broke down. Instead of canceling the job like most would, he got his equipment and got an Uber to my house. He was very professional and completed the task despite it being harder than he anticipated. High quality workmanship and a reasonable cost. I am very pleased with his work. I would definitely hire again and will recommend his service.

I'll tell you William can get it done!! I though I had an impossible task to install that doorbell but he was able to do it. He went above and beyond! I'll agree with others that he can be running late but it's only because he gives you a window but other jobs can take up time. Be patient with him but trust me it's worth it! A+ work!!!
