My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University, which I completed in 1983. After being laid off from my engineering job in 2001, I found myself at a crossroads. You might be curious why an engineer is now an electrician. Similar to countless others, I experienced a ""down-sizing"" when my company chose to consolidate teams.

After an extensive job hunt, I entered the building trades to ensure my family had a roof over their heads. Ultimately, I made the decision to secure my license and establish my own business. And that brings me to where I am now.
