I earned my Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University in 1983. After being laid off from my engineering job in 2001, I found myself at a crossroads. It may surprise you that an engineer is now working as an electrician. Like many others, I was ""down-sized"" when my employer decided to merge departments.

After months of job searching, I turned to the building trades to support my family. In time, I chose to get my license and launch my own venture. And here I am today.
